SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Evil as can be, they prey on people in a bad situation and rip them off for the rest of their life.

You might be in a bad place now, they will present themselves as the way out. DO NOT be fooled like I was

Carefull they are scam company Creditfix is stealing money from people, I was on IVA, paid over 2000 for them when stopped cause is not ad up. After they terminated my IVA found out all the money paid in goes to them as fees for company... All massive scam they never pay your creditors whatever you pay is goes to them..

Had to give 1 star even though it is in no way warrantied. This company has for the last 2 and a half years taken my money and not a single penny has gone to my crediors. They have increased my payments by more than 200%.
The main reason for my discontent with this company though is the fact that on numerous occasions they have been informed of my status as a bankrupt. This was done in April 21. They still insist on calling,emailing and sending threatening letters on at least a weekly basis.
Each time they make out that I am lying even though I have recorded an saved several of these conversations. And then when they realise that they are wrong i suddenly get cut off. This company it full of theives and liars. Please dont get involved with them for your own peace of mind and sanity

There is no option to give less than one star. Creditfix is appalling do not use . I started in August 2020 and to date I dont have an opening balance of what i owe my creditors. The balances they gave me are totally wrong and I have told them this . They apologise and then send out an out dated list again . My first yearly review they increased my payments even though my outgoings have gone up. I was awarded a PPI which they claimed thats fine as it goes towards my debt . Only to find after a year of paying 2k they have paid my creditors £147 . When I called the first time I spoke to a English based company now I speak to people in Mauritius who don't understand. I still at a loss on how they can calculate what I need to pay unless they have the correct starting figure. 8 emails and I have had numerous angry calls with them and still no correct figure. I am on the verge of cancelling this IVA as I took it out when I was at my lowest and this company has taken advantage and honestly feel I've been conned . I am expecting another PPI windfall which will go to them this in actual fact clear my debt of 6k. They make money out of people's misery. Please don't use them

Credit fix is a disgrace they try to take unauthorised money from your bank account
You ring them and they cut you off
They are thieves and to sneakily take money during a pandemic when you don’t notice it
Is a very low thing to do
They need investigating by the police
The Barclays fraud team has now got involved

Avoid at all costs no interest in your financial struggles
Left with no car for work until my son stepped in don”t care about any extra outgoing that crop up or health conditions I’m off work struggling to wash and dress myself can’t drive at moment awaiting second surgery for fracture to arms and elbows so paying for extra support at home
My IVA was taken out mid December and going into my last year to get a letter this morning that my annual review is late and threats to cancel my IVA in its last year which is the six year as I was going ahead with a five year on the day the IVA was approved they waited until 4pm to agree knowing bailiff would be coming that night this is when it was extended to six years at this point so backed into a corner im now going into my sixth year and now they are looking for ways to fail it with the annual review

I have tried 10 times to get through to Customer Service each time I get a recorded message saying all agents are on a call and will be with you shortly. After holding for 5mins at my cost I hung up and called again each time explaining that no one the operator was transferring me to was picking up and that I needed to speak to someone as more was going out of my account than was originally agreed. In all there correspondence they ask you to contact them URGENTLY to notify them of changes, I am desperately doing my best to with no joy. This is appalling Customer Service if I owed them they would be hounding me with calls. I AM NOT IMPRESSED.

DO NOT even think about choosing Creditfix. If you think you have a hard time with your creditors, you will be worse off with these guys. 80% of them barely speaks English and be aware of their annual review! Every year you will have to provide them with a detailed overview of EVERYTHING you spend your money on, down to the penny.

3 and a half years ago I signed up with these with debts of 7.4k.i was paying 113 pm and then 155....thought they were OK,until my dad died in June and left me a bit of money in his will...as there's a clause in the contract about declaring it,I thought ok,I've paid 5k,so I rang them up,said I'd pay it off...the guy said 3.3 k....then when I phoned them up again another woman said I could carry on paying off monthly,then I got another guy telling me it was 9.4k...I had arguments with him saying how does a 7.4 k debts become a 9.4 debt after paying off 5k??? They are insisting it is,so I've contacted the financial ombudsmen, c a b,insolvency thing on gov.co,etc.....I was told to tell them what I'm telling you and to terminate my iva with them...I know I will have my creditors back on my case,but they've kept over 3k for themselves as they've only paid 1k off and 700 is waiting to be paid...the whole idea of an iva is to help you,not themselves,so I want a refund.the refund can pay a couple of those bills off.i won't tolerate being conned .I'm going to hide my money from them too...I've heard horror story after horror story about them,so if you're thinking of going with them,then just DONT..they are liars,incompetent,money greedy scammers

Incompetent a disgrace to the industry avoid this Company at all costs they will not help you but they will stress you out these guys are worse than the loansharks and it’s only a matter of time before they end up on an IV themselves remember the people what work for this company arrogant nasty individuals who don’t really care what happens to you and how much they will take from you although when you’re signing up the staff couldn’t be any nicer to you total disgrace and embarrassment and they’re are embarrassment to their families total scam

I got and IVA through them 2 years ago worst mistake I ever made ....I was fortunate enough to be left money to clear my IVA through a will so I did ....its now been 6 months since I made a payment in full and they still haven't paid my creditors or closed my account ...I will be seeking legal action

Not all information is always given, they have terrible customer service, I have paid up to £6000 in saving and the procedure has been close to abysmal. Only after attempting to clear my account and leave the service did they surprise me with a 6 years notice that my account may be affected. One of the staff Yuisha made this known to me today, however if this is the case why would I have used your service in the first place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If only i could give a negative star. Please please please stay away from these liars! They are money hungry monsters who charged me a whopping fee! I could have gone through other options but i didn't know and they didn't tell me. They just wanted me on an IVA plan that i am stuck with for 5 years. My family is struggling and they have made a huge fee and commission from me - i only wish i read more reviews but i was so nervous with all my debts.

They are a HUGE con scheme. They will rinse you for as much money as they can.

This was the worst decision i have ever made was to take out an IVA with CreditFix. I should have just worked with the banks and come to some sort of agreement with them. CreditFix spin a great story that going with them is the best plan for you and you dont have any better plan and will help you with make affordable payments. This is all a lie and you will end up paying HUGE amounts to them.

I have spend over 3 times the amount i was meant to pay back to them. My monthly pay back when i started was £75 a month for 5 years. Now i am up to £210 a month and my finishing date has not been brought forward.
When i bring up the simple maths that if i am paying more every month to the amount that wast was first agreed, my closing date would surly be brought forward as i am paying a larger amount every month. There response is that it does not work that way.

When i try and pay off the whole amount (with help from family) they wont let me. There words are "You can pay off the full amount but you will still need to pay your monthly payments till your closing date".

I would have rather gone with a lone shark and have my legs broken for missing a payment than gone with CreditFix. They are by far worse than any lone shark.

Very poor communication with each other. I did my annual review and had a text, email and call.to say they had noticed a potential change in the amount to be paid monthly.

I called them back and spoke to someone who told me it would be an increase.

I told them i had changed jobs and was starting new job in the next few days and would send a payslip once i had one. I would be earning less money. I also had no ability to pay more before as i had nor paid some bills in previous months due to being furloughed.

Guy said he would put my review on hold until payslips recieved etc

Pretty much every day after that i received call after call. I answered one when i was getting ready for work and told the woman i had already called back and explaines previous call. Ahe said can we discuss now ans i sid no gettine ready for work and already discussed it

Again more calls and texts. Whike i was working. Answered another and told her the i was sick of being harrassed told her the same as the others and told her i dkd not want another call.

Once i had I payslip to send i emailed it over. I have had another one since and sent that. I am still getting texts and emails to call back as 14 days overdue with no conact apparently. How can speaking to 3 people and sensing emails be no contact?

I didn't even sign up with creditfix. Just ended up with them when the bought the company i did sign up to

Going to creditfix was simple they helped me work out my debts how much I owed and what I would pay back a month I’ve been paying £105 for the last few years the stress of getting myself in debt was massive I had many dark thoughts before getting help my only few complaints first one would be why is it you call now and it’s a Indian call centre which you have to repeat yourself over and over again and I’ve been waiting for 4 months for a adviser to reply to my emails and calls regarding my annual review

been using them for 18months and so far i like the service very helpful. They just don't look at paper work and spot mistakes on it and also try and get as much out of you possible. My pay went down £500 per year and was able to half my IVA payment from £195 to £97 with a bit of conversation with them.

The customer service was excellent and the guy on the phone was friendly polite and he listened to what I had to say then helped me come to a suitable arrangement to catch up with payments I missed. He made me feel relaxed and I was nervous about calling them but after speaking with the lovely gentleman I felt relieved. He lifted my entire mood that day. Not often you get an understanding person like him. Thankyou.
