The staff here are the WORST!! So bloody rude and dismissive. Gave both mine & my partners boarding passes/passports to the lady at the A12 gate on 26/1/25 at 11am for Reykjavik (it was a female) and she said in a demeaning manner “have yours ready next time I’m not doing your job for you”… girl it’s literally YOUR JOB?? And they were ready?? Such a power trip here absolutely won’t be back!

Elendig sikkerhed. Foragt for andre menneskers tid. En sikkerheds port til over 200 mennesker onsdag den 22.1 kl. 16.40. Ingen ansvarlig leder gør noget for at åbne flere. Føj for pokker. Køb fast Track med SAS eller find en anden lufthavn

Utrolig dårligt kundeservice kommer til lufthavnen og skulle have bagagen han man ikke åben til kuffert man have åben mere tavle med at drikke kaffe samt at man ikke have en skaffer til indrejse

Rude and dismissive airport security staff that speak to you in a demeaning manner. Twice I confirmed that I spoke English (English is my first language) and on numerous occasions I was spoken to slowly and deliberately, implying that I couldn't understand. Airport staff training is essential - albeit a 1st world country, my experience was 3rd world!

CPH airport is a shopping centre full of anti homeless architecture completely designed to money grab and ensure that anyone with a physical impairment/kids has no chances of making their flight. The worst airport I’ve ever been to. All the lounges are full and that’s saying something.
Literally the longest, worst and most exhausting airport experience I ever had.
I am sorry to say that in particular with having been travelling to so many destinations over the past 15 years, including to some countries, which won't count as developed or luxurious as Denmark, but.... our experience on the afternoon of the 30th December, was simply awful. Sorry could not put it any better. Very long slow queues for the security check. Only 3 automated boarding pas barriers for thousands of travellers. It was literally the longest, worst and most exhausting airport experience I ever had and I am 54 years old man who travelled to at least 200 airport in at least 50 countries in 4 continents.

Vi bruger altid denne lounge før flyvning, vi er bekendt med, at den del af loungen, som vi normalt bruger er under ombygning.
Der var alt, alt for mange mennesker i loungen allerede da vi kom, men de blev og ved med at lukke personer ind til trods for at der ingen sidde pladser var. Udbuddet af mad var yders ringe eller næsten ikke eksisterende. Der var næsten ingen frugter, det samme gælder for f.eks "morgenbitter" der var kun Gammel Dansk. Forespurgt om det ikke var muligt, at få Fernet Branca, fik vi den information, at det mærke førte de ikke og det var heller ikke muligt at komme med yderligere FRISK mad/frugt?
Vi troede faktisk, at det var bare lidt professionnelle og veltænkende personer, der var placeret ved indgangen?
Det er ikke muligt at booke en billig…
Det er ikke muligt at booke en billig parkering på På P15 ,17 eller 19 uden at skulle betale for en 7 dages periode.
Jeg skulle bruge 3 dage, men kan kun booke 3 dage for 800 kr i lufthavnen.
Eller vælge 7 dage for 499 kr.
Det er 1 klasses udnyttelse af at der ikke er andre valgmuligheder for at parkere i lufthavnen. Til en fair pris pr dag.

Bagage udleveringen tager altid alt for…
Bagage udleveringen tager altid alt for lang tid. Sammenlignet med andre lufthavne rundt omkring i verden er det skammeligt at Menzies og Cph airport ikke kan finde ud af at levere en ordentlig service på dette punkt. Når man kommer fra sin rejse er det sidste man har lyst til at vente i over en halv time på sin bagage. Og dette er ikke et særtilfælde men mere normen.

Very disappointed with the staff at Gate F-9, Ryanair, departing Copenhagen to Gdansk at 6:00 AM on December 28, 2024. After my flight was canceled, I spent the entire night arranging a new one, only to face rude and unprofessional behavior at the gate.
A thin, brown-skinned lady specifically targeted me over my backpack, even though it met the size requirements and I had traveled with the same bag from England to Iceland, then to Copenhagen without any issues. Her colleague had no problem with it, but she insisted on making a scene.
When I asked for her name to leave feedback, she started shouting and even threatened to block me from boarding the flight if I spoke again. This behavior was completely unacceptable and unnecessary, especially given the stressful situation I was already in.
Ryanair and Copenhagen Airport, please address this issue and ensure your staff treats passengers with respect.

Complete disaster
The security process at CPH Airport was an absolute disaster. Upon arrival, a staff member directed me into one of four queues – one for new machines that moved quickly and three others that were painfully slow. Unfortunately, I was placed in one of the slow queues, with about 20 people ahead of me. It took 20 minutes to get through, while the faster queue processed at least four times as many people in the same time.
To make matters worse, they confiscated my oatmeal. I wasn’t allowed to quickly eat it on the spot, and they insisted on throwing away the glass container it came in, rather than simply pouring out the contents and returning the container. Their arbitrary enforcement of rules felt unnecessarily rigid and inconsistent, especially since I’ve passed through with oatmeal before and have even been allowed to drink water from a bottle I forgot I had.
The lack of efficiency, fairness, and common sense was incredibly frustrating.

I’m seriously considering flying to Stockholm to avoid cph airport, always have to wait for luggage 50 min + and it takes 20 min to walk to baggage delivery, staff are rude with a big attitude when you depart, service is 0, and security staff is rude and provoking passengers to a bad mood and experience. Worst airport in Europe!!!

Worst service in Europe. Both security and luggage. Nowhere else it takes this long time to wait. I travel 200 days a year. It’s a shame to an otherwise nice country. Sack everybody and hire people who likes to work. Like the rest of us.
Worst exit ever encountered
Unbelievable experience today at Copenhagen airport. Security took the usual 20 minutes but then I was in the queue for passport control for an hour. I didn’t get to the front of the queue but was brought out of the line just before my flight left. The most stressful exit from a country I have ever encountered. It was ridiculous. Try and avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately once again the Copenhagen Security team finds a new low for “service”. Staffed with “madams” with unacceptable and rude attitude. Where are the genuinely helpful and patient security representatives?
Copenhagen airport is a good experience once you survive the trials & tribulations of a hostile security team! It’s so unnecessary…. Couldn’t they be appointed elsewhere - back office jobs maybe? Would be better for us all..
