Chest of drawers delivered by Ross and Gavin. Professional, kind, neat and tidy with all packaging, and moved slowly up the stairs to avoid damaging anything. Very happy with this delivery service

I ordered The Berkley bed and two bedside tables. Very pleased with the quality of the products and have now placed another order for more furniture
The communication was great, keeping me informed of a delivery date and time and giving me options to change if not convenient.
The furniture was delivered by Ian and Mavino who were just great. Phoned me prior to the delivery and arrived on time.
They placed the items in the bedroom and offered to take away the packing.
Mavino explained the warranty of the products and they were both generally well informed as to what they were delivering.
They were both friendly and courteous.

Fast delivery. Gary and Jake negotiated a difficult turn on the stairs to get the furniture upstairs and didn’t leave a scratch. So polite for 07.45 hrs, and apparently they started at 0500hrs ( there’s only one 5 o’clock in my house and that’s dinner time). Whatever you’re paying them it’s not enough! Cracking job Cotswolds, I’ll be back!

Always great customer service from choosing an item and any queries, right through to delivery and assembly. Ross and Gavin who delivered the wardrobe were excellent. Helpful, put the item together and took all the packaging, and made sure i knew where the instructions were in case i needed them.

Would say to make sure that you have Cotswold Company to deliver and assemble as previously I ordered from Cotswold Company and the delivery was from BJS and they made a mess,left packaging and didn’t build the item because they said there were no screws then didnt want to take the pieces.

Cotswold Compsny though have been really really helpful with every order I have made in the last 5 years

Delivery of our 4 chairs were within the time schedule and the delivery drivers called and advised us 20 mins before they arrived.
They were polite, apologised for the delay and unpacked our chairs carefully and placed them where we suggested.

We placed an order of ten items, many of which were large items of furniture. They were delivered exactly when promised and to a second floor flat even though one item was a large fully assembled kitchen island. Every item was in perfect condition, unpacked for us and all packaging removed. Absolutely loved everything.

3 items delivered safely. Realised I had ordered one of the pieces from a different brand and the wood finish on top of the tv unit was different. Rang the Cotswold Company and they said the unit I needed would take about 7 weeks to arrive but they said to use the one I had got until it arrived which I thought was excellent customer relations. All the packaging was taken away and the delivery men were very pleasant.

The reason I have given this three stars, is because the furniture is excellent quality and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Also the customer service is excellent.
However that said this company are seriously let down by the warehouse staff and lack of communication to the drivers. I had asked for my furniture to be unpacked, I did this in an email on on the phone to customer service, and was assured it would be, as my husband is eighty and I am not far off, therefore we could not do this ourselves. Firstly our order should have arrived a week earlier but we sent it back as only half the order was on the van, which we should have been informed off in the morning when the van was loaded. We discovered this at six in the evening. Once delivered the drivers started to leave without unpacking, when I challenged them they knew nothing of this so had to go to the van to clarify with their boss, they then did unpack. This is crass incompetence on behalf of the warehouse staff and supervisor, will I buy again from this company frankly probably not.

Very bad service I am not impressed, considering the cost of this furniture it should be a great deal better.

Great customer service from Jess, walked in for a browse with an idea of what we wanted, and Jess found us exactly what we were looking for, she was very patient! Very happy with our purchase, thank you :)

Ryan & Chris were super friendly and helpful.
We ordered a bookcase back at the start of the year and when it arrived it had slight damage to the paintwork.
The original delivery men were very helpful and sorted a replacement. The replacement was assembled (and the old one removed) by Ryan & Chris.
Both were really approachable and professional and got the job done with ease.
