Ross & Gavin has provided excellent customer service, unloaded and assembled furniture in record time!

Furniture is good quality and offers a range of designs for the home. I’m really pleased with my 3 drawer bedside table.
I wasn’t happy that the delivery men refused to take the packing, basically a cardboard box with extra packing material. They could easily have reused it. I would have given 5* otherwise.

Went to show room lovely staff, ordered over phone next Monday and delivered in 3 days, delivery men lovely friendly and helpful really pleased with larder

Gary & Jake delivered 2 replacement bedside tables. They arrived promptly, unpacked & inspected the tables& removed all the packaging. First class service

Truly beyond the call of duty. Cotswold Company’s delivery & pick up team Nick & Raj, worked flat out on a disassembly and removal of a grand wardrobe despite not expecting such a full job. It was late in the day and yet they got it done without fuss and in a very professional and friendly manner. I cannot thank them enough.

The bed is beautiful and sturdy. The delivery was great and the delivery men were very quick to assemble it. The customer service was very helpful when I requested to change the delivery date. My son loves his new bedroom furniture:)

Furniture is decent, but Jermaine and Said who installed today were incredible. Ambassadors for the company, and if I were Cotswold, I'd be doubling whatever their wages were immediately. Very bad experience with deliveries to Northern Ireland but last order was much better and wasnt damaged !

Ryan and Chris couldn’t have been better. No rushing at all took their time mad sure I was happy. 5 star, hoping I always get both of them delivering our stuff from now on.

Christina offered help to choose a sofa. The help felt as if it was without obligation. Excellent service. Multiple sofas offered. Great Product knowledge. Showed different depths of seats and sofa sizes. No judgement in looking for vegan materials.

The store is a great place to try the sofas and swatches were available to take home

Large two seater sofa - Hurley Range

We purchased two sofas from the Cotswold Company, using the express sofa option, so we could obtain the sofas quickly.

The products are manufactured to a high standard, and we are pleased with the workmanship and quality of the material. We have had them in our living room for two weeks now, and they have become an excellent addition to our home.
The only other comment is that upon delivery, we were not expecting the sofas to emit such a strong odour, caused by the treatment needed from the fire retardant chemicals used. It is only after two weeks, that the de-gassing has sufficiently reduced, that the odour is now hardly discernible.
We understand the importance of safety, and because we purchased two sofas, for the one room, it was more apparent of the treatment, which we managed via ventilation and the use of charcoal.
Overall, we are pleased with the design, comfort and quality of the furniture.

Ross and Gavin were fantastic. They were polite, friendly, and professional throughout. They took great care when assembling the furniture and were very mindful while moving around my property. Their attention to detail and respect for my home were much appreciated. They are a real credit to the Cotswold Company.

I was kept informed about the time of delivery and Ryan and Chris who delivered my item could not have been more helpful, they were a credit to the Company.
