Great service again, from being kept informed on the progress and delivery timings to the actual delivery itself. Ian and Roger were great; friendly, professional, super helpful and efficient. Everything was unboxed with care, built and all packaging taken away. Great team, would order again.

Cotswolds Company took payment from my credit card which left my account and Cotswolds have cancelled my order as they say I have not paid. The money left my credit card account 10 days ago and I had the accepted order email with the order number which they quoted in their cancellation email. Cotswold have emailed me to say they will look into this over the next few days. I do not recommend them at all and are reporting Cotswold Company to trading standards.

Very good quality items. Delivery was well managed by Ryan and Chris. Nice to see the items in a Cotswold outlet before buying online. Would have rated five stars but delivery costs for a relatively small and light package were very high.

I was completely satisfied with the delivery service and the care taken by Nick and Ras with carrying my furniture into my home. As always, in my experience, everything went smoothly from placing my order to delivery.

Stewart and Jacque arrived on time , were respectful of the property and friendly. It was a big order and we are the top floor apartment but they cracked on and provided a first class delivery service

Outstanding service from Abel and Azad at CHD!

Azad and Abel did an absolutely awesome job with the delivery. They were professional, friendly, helpful and clearly took pride in doing things proper. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and the level of customer service was excellent.

Most importantly, my wife was very happy with every aspect of the service and we all know the saying… happy wife, happy life! 😂

We have just bought two Rustic Oak wardrobes and a 7-drawer chest of drawers from Cotswold's Stow on the Wold showroom.
The whole experience has been superb.
Paul, who served us at the showroom, was very patient and gave us splendid advice, and Siu-Pai and Ian who delivered and assembled the furniture this morning were really friendly and highly efficient, and coped with the lack of parking space admirably!
We are delighted with the result and the pieces look even better than we expected.

Dean and Emmanuel delivered our bedroom furniture from the Cotswold Company. Dean was very polite, introducing himself and asking for details of where we wanted the furniture to be taken in our house. All of the items were made from oak and some were particularly heavy requiring careful handling, as they had to be carried upstairs to the bedroom on the first floor. All the furniture was unpacked carefully from its cardboard packaging which was taken away. The bedroom to which the furniture was delivered was left clean and tidy and both Dean and Emmanuel ensured we were completely satisfied before they left. Overall an excellent experience.
