We had Matt and his team who worked tirelessly; chasing other solicitors and buyers in the chain, ensuring we were up to date, explaining our duties clearly and helping find solutions to problems. These things are stressful, it really helps that Tiffany was polite and kind and replied immediately to my communications and got things done how I needed them done and explained things clearly.

I would not Recommend for a house move. I had issues with being asked for the information they already had more than once . I also found one member of staff rude never mind trying to get a call back . I did a lot of chasing to get answers . The sale eventually when through but took 4 months . I did a lot of chasing and emailing myself to get the issues sorted so this could happen. If I hadn’t spend hours on the phone and emailing other company’s I believe the sale still would not have gone through.
