She is incredibly efficient, responded to any queries very quickly, provided really helpful advice and guidance throughout and is extremely approachable. Ours was a slightly more complicated process and we had to exchange contracts and complete on the same day. Laura kept us regularly updated throughout the day which certainly helped to keep our stress levels in order, particularly when our buyers funds hadn’t materialised until mid afternoon!
