We recently used Convey Law, specifically Lauren Forbes and Helen Brown, to complete the sale of our property. Throughout the entire process, they were consistently helpful, highly responsive, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with—nothing was ever too much trouble.

When our initial sale unfortunately fell through, they reassured us that they would be ready to pick up exactly where we left off once we found a new buyer, at no extra cost. That level of service and commitment was hugely appreciated during what could have been a very stressful time.

We found Convey law through money supermarket. Lauren Forbes and Helene Brown handled our onward purchase whilst Anthony Murphy handled our remortgage. Both were exceptional and responsive (you will get an email that states a response will be made in 48hours but often received sooner). We had a few hiccups when our onward purchase fell through and Anthony was excellent with pausing our remortgage, whilst once we found a new property we requested Lauren and Helen again. My only issue would be with “extra” charges such as if you exchange and complete within 5days, this seems pretty standard and I don’t feel should be an extra charge. It would be reasonable to charge extra for a same day exchange and completion. Overall very efficient and I’d use again.

Sophie and her team always replied to me very promptly and were so helpful in getting information passed on. The whole process went very smooth and completed very quickly thanks to the efficiency of the team!

Lewis Greenman of Convey Law was most helpful with the conveyancing for my remortgage, communicating well with both myself and my mortgage broker. It was a time sensitive issue and I am most grateful that everything was completed well before the end date.

My son and his partner bought a house a few weeks ago using Convey Law Newport. This is the first house that they have bought and Convey Law knew this. Convey Law did not explain anything to them, my son could not get hold of them. I have been a conveyancing secretary for a firm of Solicitors for over 40 years. I have since retired, but I had to explain what all the legal documents meant, the search results etc. which should have been the responsibility of Convey Law. If you asked a question Convey Law would first say that this would cost so much extra. They were already charging my son and his partner £1,500, so obviously their business is all about making as much money as possible first before helping the clients. I consider Convey Law are totally unprofessional and should be given a wide berth.

My experience has been wonderful. Sophie Carey was so professional and I appreciate her kind assistance in answering my questions. Sophie kept me up todate with the conveyancing process and I am very pleased with the results. Jazmine also needs a special mention!
