Good customer service. Always responds to emails or messages very quickly.

Rhian and her team have been great and I have had quick responses to my questions. They have made the whole process of buying my house less stressful and easy to get through.

The service provided was lacking. Not answering phone calls or replying to emails took 3 weeks to get back to me after I finally got through on the phone. Added charges to my account I did not ask for. Delayed the process of my move. Not communicating with the other party enough. Overall I'm incredibly disappointed with the service from Convey Law I will not be using again.
