Scam Alert- Park Xpert. The company chosen provided 2 phone numbers. One was unobtainable and the other went straight to answerphone. The other contact numbers were 0000000 and 0000000. No way of contacting anyone. Fortunately I found out in time. Do not use Park Xpert !

I used this company, who then made the booking with a 3rd party company: PARK SPHERE SERVICES LTD.

The price quoted was £40 cheaper than using Silver parking at Bristol Airport. But was it?

The process: Firstly you call when you arrive at Drop off/short stay. But it's not reassuring at all. The phone not initially answered for the first few times of trying. Then when it was answered, it wasn't professional at all. Just a 'Yes?' It was then really difficult to understand what the person on the other end was saying/asking. When the driver arrives, YOU have to pay the £7 parking charge for the stated 20 mins. However, the company couldn't find our booking. Also not reassuring. The driver still took our car though. This was eventually sorted by screenshots of the booking etc. Coming back was even less reassuring. You have to ring the company once you've collected your baggage for the return of our car. The agent told us 20 minutes, The driver turned up after 45 mins. Said absolutely nothing. Gave me the car key and walked off. Again, YOU have to pay the £7 parking fee.

Would I use either company again? NO.

Middle man who takes your money and sends you details of a company to call to meet at the airport. Googled the company they provided and absolutely terrible feedback and users commenting on thier cars being damaged and dumped on streets. Confronted company about this and they didn't care about it at all and said 40 quid if you want to cancel. Come on who in the right mind would leave their car with a company with these reviews - it was Bristol meet and greet. Be aware and careful and don't let it cost you money for nothing like it cost me. Lesson learnt :(

Avoid I booked paid for park and ride with this company, on the morning of the holiday they called and said they have upgraded us to meet and greet. So we were met at the train station drop off and the car was taken by a nice man to park. On return we got a text to say our car had broken down, they would pick us up and take us to our car. We were picked up on returning but I soon released I had been picked in another person s car , who had also left their lovely new car to go on holiday. The we were transported in had this person s belonging s in and I could have taken anything out of that car, as the driver left me in the car for 10 minutes while he got a key for the lock up where my car was. Then after 25 minutes drive ! I reached my car where it was you will never leave your car there again !!!! Insecure dump in accocks green , car park looked like it was condemned, I wish I could download the pics I took you would never believe it.

Appalling service! Our car had been used whilst we were away for 48 hours and clocked up over 100 miles. I called to see how far the compound was and was advised 10 miles away so our car must have been used approximately 6 times to ferry back and forth to the airport. We received our car back dirty on the inside our mats full of field dirt and then a week later we received a parking fine which was 12hrs before we arrived back into the country, obviously our car had been used despite being told we must of taken a wrong photo of the mileage. I have had issues before with this site and I hadn't realised it was all owned by one organisation, who are not connected to the airports, remove any negative feedback and so forth, so it will be interesting to see if my review remains. Do not go for the cheaper option as it can also cost you £22 whilst waiting for your car to be collected or delivered back. I will always stick with the airport run services going forward as you cannot trust the others!

Avoid, this is a scam, my booking was with IMG Parking Ltd and they delivered my car back to Pick Up/Drop Off instead of Multi-Storey car park level 3 in the contract. This meant that they were in breach of contract and that I had to pay an extra charge. They didn’t care about either of these points and just put the phone down. I actually walked back to the Mid Stay car park on principle but they had already driven my car in to the charge zone. On calling them again they basically said it was my problem. Just park your car yourself in mid stay, it’ll be cheaper and no hanging around!

Please be very careful I read the reviews and was happy to book parking at Manchester from June 1st to 11th, received email confirmation outlining to call company 30mins away from destination (Manchester) called as requested went straight to gift gaff voicemail left a message that I was 30 mins out, called again 20 mins out no answer again voicemail called again 15 mins out received an answer from a guy with broken English he asked me how far out we are, 15 mins I told him, he then became angry that I hadn’t called 30 mins out, I replied I did and left a voicemail mail, he then basically called me a liar and then said hey bastard do you know who I am don’t lie to me, at this point I told him I’m not leaving my vehicle with him and put down my phone, ended up having to park my car in Altrincham at 02:00 in the morning with children and getting an Uber to Manchester airport,
Raised a complaint the next day with the company who initially acted extremely concerned and told me they are carrying out an investigation, over a week later and 2 emails asking for an update I’ve received nothing, I’ve now had To go through my bank for a refund, guys please don’t put yourself in my position it’s just not worth it, absolutely disgusting treatment.

Absolute awful service, would not recommend to anyone tried cancelling with 20 days before my flight and said there was a £40 cancellation fee, parking was only 48, extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Please do not book with these Cowboys.

Absolute fraudster. Mid sold me a product. Refused to refund. Finally offered to refund £13 as admitted their website was incorrect. Never returned the £13. They ignore your emails. Crooks! Do not use this company!!!!!! Please!!!!

Parked at MAN T1. Met the pick up driver and paid him the £8.00 as stated on the email. Forward on one month and received a letter from Manchester Airport parking that as I failed to pay the exit charge I have been fined £100. Contacted the parking company who were very abusive and blaming me for not paying. Won’t be using them again.

Please do not use this company. Paid for parking and decided to cancel after the reviews of Bristol parking, paid £1.99 for cancellation cover only to be told there is a £40 cancellation charge. Complete joke. Scammers all the way. Not clearly communicated when purchasing parking. Will not be using ever again. Please be aware!!!

Used to book parking at Heathrow terminal 4. Easy to use website and some reasonably priced choices compared to other comparison sites, Holiday Extras, Booking.com etc. However, I hadn't really heard of some of them. Chose a meet and greet service but when the confirmation came through, although it gave all the necessary information, it didn't state the company. Turned out to be Kangaroo parking and they were absolutely shocking. Won't risk this comparison website again.

This is a scam company. I paid for parking with Insurance at Heathrow since March this year and cancelled because my flight was rebooked to travel from Gatwick. I sent in my notice to cancel well before the travel date and asked for my money paid for the parking to be refunded. You cant believe that I'm still tracing the payment to be refunded. First, it was that I can only be paid 70% of what I originally paid. Something that was not flagged up at the point of paying for the parking even with the Insurance I paid on the payment. Secondly, this is more than 9 weeks of asking for my 70% refund. The last stupid story is that it has been paid as communicated to me by email by their front, Sarah, that the money has been paid by their Account Team. Where was it paid to? Which account? When was it paid? I only have one debit card account from which I made the original payment? And there is no refund in my account. I asked them to show me the proof of payment. It's been more than another 4 days of them trying to show me the proof of payment. Please run away from CTAP website. They are scammers! They are rogues set up to dupe people! If it was easy for you to collect the money it must be easy for you to refund when you cannot deliver the service you promised and was paid for. This is a Scam company set up legitimately to dupe people. Never will I use this site again. I will do whatever is possible to get my money back.

'Airport Parking Bristol' AVOID!
Used this website to book the 'Meet and Greet Airport Parking Bristol', cannot recommend that NOONE USES this service enough. Despite following the instructions and ringing the 'driver' 45 mins before our arrival, we still had to wait a further 30 minutes (also with ringing the company a further 2 times) in the cold & dark. Completely unofficial, a group of men turned up in the carpark and took the car key without giving us anything in return - no security whatsoever. On return, again we rang the 'driver' 45 minutes ahead, when waiting in the carpark, again there was noone to be seen and again had to ring the company to ask where the car was - we were told it would be 'another ten minutes'. Had to wait a further 30 minutes, when the car did arrive again there was nothing official with the driver not even asking our name, indicating anyone could take the car. An absolute waste of time and money.

I booked the airport Parking with this company on Thursday evening at 11 pm.
I called to cancel the booking at 9 am on Friday as they opened.
£53 FEE THEY CHARGED ME TO CANCEL!

Absolute daylight robbery and definitely against the law!
No cooling off period or standard Refund.

I am that guy who is going to the county court business Centre to get my refund in full and to stop this company doing the same to other people.

Was on the phone with the operator at comparetheairport parking. Extremely defensive manchild that started screaming and acting like a kid as I broke down how misleading their T&C are. All their 5 Star reviews look fake as they all have only 1 review in their account.

It's crazy that businesses like this exist.

Avoid this company at all costs. I booked parking and tried to cancel within 30 minutes – literally straight after realising the price doesn’t include airport drop-off and pick-up fees, which weren’t clearly displayed when booking.

When I challenged this, they sent me screenshots claiming the charges were shown on the site – but in my opinion, they were not blatant or obvious enough, and certainly not something you’d expect to be buried in small print or vague pop-ups. At the very least, these extra charges should have been clearly flagged at the final payment stage, not after you’ve already committed to paying.

Their response? “You’ll lose 30%.” No understanding, no flexibility, just a flat reference to their T&Cs. They’ve conveniently excluded themselves from the 14-day cooling-off period, even for online credit card bookings – because they claim they’re a “travel agent.”

The customer service was honestly shocking – cold, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Once they’ve got your money, they couldn’t care less.

It’s a sham of a service that gives the industry a bad name. Misleading, inflexible, and not worth the few pounds you think you’re saving.

Book directly with the airport or somewhere reputable. This company will take your money and hide behind policy to keep it.

The advertised price is not what you end up paying,airport charges have to be payed on top (£7 on arrival and exit at Gatwick).This is in small print on booking confirmation.
Couldn’t contact the company on the given mobile no.on return for 20mins,when my car did arrive in was covered in a thick layer of dust.

Horrendous service in and out. Booked meet and greet.. as advised rang 30 mins ahead of time but driver arrived late by almost 30 mins.

On return journey rang as left baggage area only to be told 30 mins wait ended up being an hour.

No customer service no accountability and difficult to get hold of.
