Easy to book. Driver was friendly, quick and efficient at removing the rubbish.

Have been using this company regularly for several months without much issue. Have found the guys that attend are mostly helpful and friendly.
They recently attended to collect boxes/packaging for recycling before 7.30am, and noone was available to give them access. Despite agreeing that the arrival time was unsuitable and too early, the office refused to reschedule the booking without full payment again! I just find them rude, greedy and obnoxious. Every customer service representative was unhelpful and dismissive of the issue. There was no offer of rebooking for half price. They were only interested in rebooking at full price plus additional for ensuring they will be there after 8.30am!
I no longer use this company, and do not recommend them at all.

Very quick and efficient. On arrival, the team moved their van to a position that did not obstruct my neighbors driveway which was appreciated. They then undertook the job of removing my designated (and heavy) furniture without adverse impact to anything inside or outside my house. It was undertaken quickly and without delay. Good job.

On time, smart, friendly, industrious and even swept the area cleared, a real credit to their company the two guys that came to me today. Job done , simple and quick.

The two men were fantastic, really friendly and did the removal quickly to an excellent standard. I would go with this company again as a result!

Men arrived at the designated time and did a fantastic job of taking out all my furniture in a quick and professional manner.

Clearbee cancelled my sofa pick ups & changed it to the following Monday , basically i waited in all day until my carer spotted an email from them stating the date change , made it sound like i had asked for this ! I looked on google for a contact number as non on their own web sight . Rang them & was told the van broke down so next available pick up was the monday . I had two new sofas arriving the next day so this wasnt an option . I am blind , deaf & have no sense of balance so my carers were dealing with all this mess . I had to cancel the order & ask two carers to risk their backs & get the sofas out of my flat . A real mess . The customer service agent i rang & spoke too was not interested at all .. just spoke to me like reading a book with long pauses ?? Like she wasnt listening?? Awful experience & never again … DFS should not recomend these people

Simon was excellent did everything we wanted and more. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was cleared

I was glad to get my couches removed efficiently and speedily. The lads turned up at a good time.

Very happy with service, contact with regards to uplift was good. I have used the company once before and will Definately use again.
