No skip delivered, but they’ve taken my money and won’t give it back
Booked a skip for 9 April. I was informed it was no longer possible to deliver on that day, so requested a refund and was told it was issued on that same day. As of today - 22 April - the refund of almost £500 has still not reached my account. No explanation, no attempt to resolve. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I emailed on various occasions regarding the damage and no one ever got back to me. Emails being ignored.
