Booking process not clear and no response to requests for help
Poor service with booking. Ordered a new sofa from John Lewis dot com and used their option for old sofa removal/disposal via Clearabee. Paid £159 to JL and got the clearabee email to book collection. Order no from JL invoice doesn’t work. Tried it several times. Used Message Us. No response. Live Chat button in CB does nothing. Found a couple of CS phone numbers - first rings but cuts off, second doesn’t ring out at all. Now trying to get some help from JL otherwise we’ll have to cancel it.
Edit: Update. JL say the disposal service is only available when buying a new sofa and when store staff gave us the new sofa invoice they pointed out the o/n to quote so ideally delivery/collection dates could be tied up.
We've now realised this isn’t right and what CB require is the JL sofa disposal order no. Put that in and it works and we got a date booked. Edited star rating but left downmarked as CB didn’t respond to our requests for help.

Clearbee were amazing from start to end, no faff just got in with it. A lovely phone call to start, the process to pay way no bother and the guys that came to collect were friendly and professional. I would 100% use again and let family and friends know you exsist.

Really wet day to be collecting rubbish but the clearbee driver braved the elements to clear our rubbish.
He did this with a smile and was very attentive and left the rubbish area nice and clean.
