Will definitely use this company again. Reasonable price for collecting our old sofa. Excellent customer service. Impressive. Drivers turned up in time , called before to let me know they were on their way . Smooth and faultless .

Booking was super easy and I was able to do a 1/2 van at an affordable price. The two guys were polite, tidy and efficient (and early!) a credit to their company. 1005 will use again. I used London Waste Management for a house refurb clearance of old material in Islington

Phoned on a Wednesday to get a clunky sofa bed collected.
Turned up the next day and took it away with no issues.
Excellent work.

It was perfect communication prior to arrival. Perfect handoff on a large household item. Easy to book (even at last minute in my case). Thank you to the London Waste Mgmt team. London needs more efficiency such as this.

They arrived early and cleared everything in my front garden in about 30 mins.

The job was easy to book, was completed without a hitch, with clear communication and expectations, and at a reasonable price. Nothing more to say really!

Easy punctual AND they do recycle - they not only have it all over their van but they sent me a confirmatory Duty of Waste Care note. They had no problem removing an awkward bed frame and were very careful. They were prompt and came on a Saturday the day after I booked them, so I did wonder whether they were too good to be true, but in fact they are a genuine official company official with dedicated vans etc and I can highly recommend them.

The guys arrived on time, were polite and professional and did a fabulous job. It included some heavy items which had to be walked along an access road, which involved extra effort. All in all a very good service.

Horrible site, I was offered a discount code and they will not honor it. Would never recommend!

Two people showed up to remove a heavy fridge/freezer unit without a trolley, which should be a basic tool for the job. I have parquet floor that is very prone to damage with something this bulky so I asked them how they were going to move it - one of them said not to worry, they would pick it up off the floor. They instead dragged it a few feet over the living room floor, scratching it in two places, struggled to lift it and navigate it out the door, placed it back on the floor in the hallway and pushed it again over the hallway floor. Would not recommend or book again; using a trolley would have easily avoided damage.

Arranged collection for 7am - 12pm. Called at 1pm to ask if they were still coming. Was told they should be there by 5pm. Its now 5pm and no one has arrived

Excellent efficient and worth the money. No fuss, the guys were done in 15 mins. Would use them again and recommend them to all!

Good value for money, excellent service, kept me well informed of waste uplift. Cleared everything I wanted them to, even although I was not there.

This was repeat business. In the past it was fine. This time it was a complete joke. They gave me 12-5pm slot so I stayed at home. They turned up at 7pm. They did not have my correct address which I had to try and explain to some person who spoke no English. And, just to top it up, they managed to knock into my gate. Totally unprofessional and to be totally avoided.

I contacted London Waste as I urgently needed a sofa collected and disposed of within just a couple of hours. The lady I spoke to (I believe her name was Dawn) was incredibly empathetic and understanding of the situation and said she would see what she could do.

Within the hour, she had confirmed that they were able to arrange the collection, I was so impressed!

The team who arrived to collect the sofa were also fantastic. They were friendly, kind, considerate and extremely helpful throughout.

From start to finish, the service was excellent and the customer service was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend London Waste and will definitely use them again.
