Great service. Very responsive and fair price quoted. Easy booking process. The team telephoned to let me know they were on the way and did the job very professionally. I'd be happy to recommend the service.

Experience was very positive and communication was great. Delivery was seamless and the booking process simple. They were all very responsive on the online chat, via email and on the phone. I definitely recommend their services.

Fantastic service from booking through to collection. Very responsive to all my questions, and the collection itself was very smooth and efficient. Highly recommend.

A very poor service - unfortunately I was misled by the seemingly high ratings, and will not be using this service again for future collections.

Two movers came, but only one was actively moving. The other person was on the phone the whole time. The mover actually asked me to offload items into his trolley while he stood by. I asked him to help, and almost got injured by moving a heavy object.

The mover continuously complained that I should have moved the items outside. But I have literately moved all the items by the front entrance of the flat (I am not able to literally move them into the street because it would block the front area). Basically it just felt like none of them wanted to be here.

Approached with trepidation my using of this company for the first time in my long life and I have to keep pinching myself that from start to finish the entire experience was a joy in every regard. If only all businesses, companies, what have you, were even a fraction as good as what I have found today with LWM it would make all of our interactions a pleasure.

Absolutely brilliant service, fair prices and fantastic staff. I would highly recommend this company for any waste removal you need, specially due to the fact that they collect a wide range of items and charge accordingly to each piece,so if you need again and again,it will definitely worth it. The amount is fairly priced and the way they collect the payment is also very reasonable(per item/aproximate weigh). By far the best.

I have reviewed LWM before and having just used them for the fifth time can confirm the level of service they offer is consistently high.
Easy to book, confirmation of the price, convenient to pay and on the day a courtesy call a short while before arrival, giving one time to prepare.
The guys who arrive are courteous and carry out the most difficult of removals with no complaints.
I live on the second floor with no lift, yet never a complaint!
If you require your items removed, look no further than London Waste Management.
Six stars !

Turned up bang on time, were pleasant, professional and dismantled and took away a sofa bed in no time. Highly recommended.

No hassle, personal interaction with a human from the start, clear details imparted well and a really accommodating approach. The team handling my "stuff" were very friendly and efficient. So easy from start to end, strongly recommended. 5 stars. Thank you!

it was very easy to make an appointment. Both the customer service rep and the collection crew were great. I will definitely use them again if/when I have stuff than needs to be recycled..

This team were super helpful to give me a quote for urgent removal of items to clear a house and garden.
The two guys who came on site were very friendly and professional, and worked extremely hard.
I would highly recommend this company.

I was trying to dispose of a dismantled garden shed consisting of numerous pieces of wood and felt and despite a photo they wanted me to itemize everything before giving me a quote? Unnecessarily pernickity! I have found much better service elsewhere

Excellent service from start to finish, phoned on Saturday and was given a slot for the Monday. Great communication, competitive prices, very professional and polite service team who arrived on time to collect my sofa for disposal. Thoroughly recommend.

Booking was fast and took the E-waste on the date schedule

They were really quick and efficient, all done with minimal fuss, will definitely use them again.

This was my first time using London Waste Management and I am very happy with the outcome.
They had to remove a big and very bulky sofa bed out of the house. It was a difficult task but the team (Parvish and his team) put a lot of effort and time to complete the task !
Choosing this company is good value for money as well 🙂
I would not hesitate to use them again!!!

Good and clear communication with the office for my chair removal. They arrived on time, and it was a quick and effortless experience from my end. Happy with my experience with London Waste Management

Great service, communicated well, came early and was in and out so fast. Also I live on the second floor and didn’t even charge extra for the flights of stairs! Great company would use again

These guys are really helpful, great communication and quick pick up. Would use again!

Really quick and efficient service with great customer service. Would recommend!
