The load was larger than originally anticipated, but this was handled professionally and the additional payment was processed quickly and easily.
The entire waste collection process was smooth and hassle-free, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future!

Came for the rubbish, took the fireplace
Clearabee came to collect kitchen waste booked through Wren on 19 October. I showed the driver the waste at the back of the house. He said there was too much for one trip and he'd come back.
What he didn't mention: on the way out, the crew took our Victorian cast-iron fireplace from the front of the house. It wasn't waste, wasn't on the booking, and nobody asked or told us. Our door camera caught it.
I contacted them within the hour. The reply: it had been "disposed of" at a transfer station and was "not recoverable". No site name, no photos, no attempt to look for it, no compensation. Then silence.
Watch exactly what leaves your property before the van does. Better yet, use someone else.
