As a first-time customer, I found the whole process simple and straightforward, from booking the collection through to completion. I was kept informed throughout with regular updates via email and text messages, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would have no hesitation in using or recommending this company in the future.

That pricing and the website is remarkably misleading I'm surprised it gets past advertising standards.

It's a con. I'll use a local man with a van (which is what they are doing just with a fancy website.

Property damage and weeks of chasing with no resolution
Extremely disappointed with both the waste clearance service and the way Clearabee has handled our complaint.
We booked a clearance in August 2026, but it required multiple visits and waste was still left behind. The communal areas were also left covered in debris, and our own engineer had to clean the hallway, lift and ground floor afterwards.
More seriously, we reported damage caused during the clearance, including a gouge in the communal hallway wall and a deep scratch to the entrance door. We supplied photographic and video evidence to support our complaint.
On 28 August, Clearabee confirmed in writing that the damage had been passed to colleagues for review and that someone would contact us within the next few days. That promised follow-up has not happened. Despite repeated emails, telephone calls and escalations—including on 10 September, 21 September and 8 October—we are still waiting for a meaningful update or a proposal to resolve the damage.
Meanwhile, both the flat owner and the building owner are waiting for a resolution, and we have been left unable to give them any clear update. The time spent chasing this has added further frustration to an already poor experience.
Mistakes can happen, but how a company deals with them matters. We are simply asking Clearabee to investigate the damage, communicate with us and explain how it will be resolved. We should not have to keep chasing for weeks to get that basic level of service.
Based on this experience, I would not use Clearabee again or recommend them.

The chap who collected the items this morning was extremely pleasant, very happy and tidy.
