The staff at Cayman kept me fully informed of my cars issues and what it would take to fix them. They consulted on the work and cost before proceeding and made sure the car was available as soon as possible for me.
They also recommended what I can do further to protect the hard-top roof and seals but didn't get pushy over re-booking. They just advised and left it to me to decide what I wanted to do next.
Excellent service and even if I didn't leave nearby I would bring the car back here for any roof-related servicing or problems.

Knowledgeable staff, great customer service, fixed my car problem a lot cheaper then the main dealer.

They clearly know what they are doing and have seen all problems on all vehicle types. One fixed price for diagnosis then the job was done in a further 2 hours. No parts 'replaced' just 'repaired/adjusted' in my case (BMW 3 series coupe). Cost was over 500 so seemed pricy for the labour involved but I guess this is what you need to pay a specialist medical consultant or a folding roof expert.

Excellent all round service. Fitted us in at very short notice when our roof stuck open. The fault was found and the issue resolved - very pleased. Nicky on reception was particularly good - very knowledgeable and kept us in touch with progress. Thanks Cayman Autos!

Brilliant service from Cayman. Saved a lot of money compared to main dealer and defiantly a better customer service from Cayman. Although the car was needed over night they were quick to inform me of this.

Will definitely use again and well worth the travel and over night stay.

A very helpful and knowledgeable company. My wife has an SLK which suffered from a slight leak from the passenger side roof. After trawling through endless advice from keyboard mechanics and forums, I called Cayman as they came recommended. From the first phone conversation with the helpful staff the car was quickly booked in and the problem diagnosed. I was kept informed all through the process and also advised on the costs involved prior to work commencing.
Problem now fixed with no fuss and I would highly recommend this company.

I have always been impressed by the excellent service Cayman cars offers. Not only have they provided a maintenance service, cleaning front and rear drains, along with roof and boot seals, they have also helped me solve a water issue in my EOS Volkswagen convertible, an issue that required drying out the carpets over a number of days and their persistence has been impressive. I highly recommend this company as their communication and attention to detail is remarkable. As a result, I'm not surprised this company is in demand as they provide a rather unique service.

Took my 997 Carrera 4s convertible with water ingress problem on a Saturday morning technician took it into the workshop 30 mins later he reappeared with a comprehensive list of issues. Booked the car in work was fully completed to a extremely high standard

Very good service. Car mended beautifully – it's been a problem for ages and no one apart from Marcus at Cayman has been able to fix it. Staff polite and all exceedingly smooth. Would recommend.

Courteous and friendly people, the work has been done well as far as I can see, although one of my windows is behaving erratically now.

Looking forward to actually being able to lower (and raise) the roof when it gets warmer
