From the first contact made, I felt confident to drive from Essex to Surrey. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted. The technician was very knowledgable and he demonstrated his many years experience by completing a fantastic job to my VW Eos. No more leaks.

I’ve got a 10 plate Audi A5 cabriolet. It had a massive leak where the soft top roof had become detached from the rear windscreen and had a load of water inside the car. I’d been to one garage who quoted more than £3000 to replace the roof. Cayman fixed it, dried out the car and they were also very patient when it took me ages to pick it up. Price was pretty reasonable too for the amount of work. Very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

These guys are truly amazing and a credit to the motor industry world. I initially took my car somewhere local just because of distance to travel but I urge everyone else out there not to make the same mistake as it's way worth travelling. My car went into a local garage and came back out to me after four days still with the same fault and a bill of £600 with them asking for a further £2000 to repair the fault.

I lost faith in that garage took it to Cayman autos and left the same day within 4 hours in fact with the roof fully working and functioning at a quarter of the price quoted by the other workshop.

Andy and the team are exceptional, the office staff were great and Andy himself really took the time to fully explain the faults and everything they have done.

Honest, genuine and an expert in their field which is rare these days. Thank you guys again.

After three technicians and eight months later my BMW convertible roof was not working. After six hours later it was fixed. Karol an extremely helpful technician showed me the parts that went wrong and their located place. It hard been a difficult diagnosis due to previous incompetent technicians but Karol had the knowledge to find the fault and once found took little time to fix it. A high standard of workmanship probably the best in the UK, at a price you are willing to pay due to the frustration of others wasting your time.

The service was absolutely amazing initially I was told that the earliest I could be seen was March due to schedules of work and my commitments, but Nicky said she would advise me of any slots that came available and she did. On the same day 👍 everybody was very attentive whilst I was there and nothing was to much trouble. The engineer also took the time to explain exactly what had been done and Sophie gave me a comprehensive break down of costs involved, couldn't ask for a better service. Amazing and will certainly recommend you.

saved me a fortune, garage told me i needed new motor for convertible roof, went to cayman who done a diagnostic test and found it to be boot sensors, saved me best part of £1500, very good company and done repair while i waited
