Trevor was fantastic during the sale and made sure none of my questions were left unanswered. Gave me a cracking price for part ex on my old X1 & sorted the X4 quickly to ensure the deal went through as planned.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience!
Josh was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was so friendly, helpful and made the whole process so easy. Everything was sorted within a matter of days, and I asked to collect the car on a specific day which they worked around without any problem.
Simon was also brilliant and really helped me get the best deal for my part exchange. I also asked for an MOT and an extra service to be done before I collected the car, and they sorted everything without hesitation. Every little mark I noticed on the car was taken care of too, and when I picked it up it was absolutely gleaming!
The whole experience gave me loads of confidence in buying the car, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. I bloody LOVE the car!
Massive thank you to Josh and Simon for making everything so straightforward and for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
10/10 would absolutely recommend! If you’re looking for a car, definitely go and see these guys! I would happily buy from them again!

5 star service
Recently purchased a car from Josh at Car City UK and from my initial enquiry all the way through to collecting the car I honestly could not fault the level of service I was provided. Josh answered every question in detail, sent me videos and pictures and provided updates whilst the car was being prepared, I only seen the car in person for the first time when I was collecting and Josh showed me around the car, explained the features and controls, let me test drive to make sure I was happy with everything before I drove away, thank you Josh for your help I love my new car :)

I was dealing with Anthony the buying of the car was straightforward he was to the point and gave me a great deal the process was very easy.I had a problem with the door lock but it was rectified very quickly the after car was very good and the staff where very pleasant.
