When your car inevitably totally breaks down on you within a week or so of purchasing I recommend threatening court with a complete paper trail of money transactions and communication to go along with it. They will likely completely ignore you until you do this to let the 30 day timer to reject the vehicle with a full refund run out, after that time ends, you’re toast.

Super pushy sales. Lied to my face about where the vehicle was from and the condition it was in also. Got shaky when I asked for a test drive only let me take it up and down a straight outside the shop, clearly so the car doesn’t have a chance to fault after they clearly just clear and codes before they sell it to you.

The car Totally broke down after three days by the way!!

Absolutley terrible service and even tho I did EVENTUALLY get my refund, they still didn’t send me the total amount agreed which was the cost of the car when I bought it and the warranty (£150, which I did not receive back and they are still actively ignoring my requests to recover this also). Not a lot of money but frankly it’s not the point.

General rule tho - AVOID BUYING CARS FROM BIRMINGHAM AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY FROM THIS DUMP

Absolute timewasters, very cleverly advertised and photographed cars that do not stand scrutiny - "recently serviced" = possibly in the last five years judging by the treacly oil. No history, supporting paperwork and little to generate confidence. Save yourself the bother - look elsewhere.

Delivery on time purchased the car over the phone delivered same day and car is in much better condition then I expected excellent customer service

Very bad company currently going threw dispute for being sold a broken car and there refusing to refund us under consumer rights act of 2015 1st attempt of broken car!! Really really bad company and service! Do not buy from here or fiance your car!

I recently bought a car from Fame Cars Ltd in Birmingham, and it turned out to have serious faults almost immediately. Getting them to accept responsibility and resolve the issue was an incredibly stressful experience. Thankfully, after standing my ground on my legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act, I managed to get my money back. I strongly advise any future customers to have any vehicle from this place independently inspected by a mechanic before buying, or look elsewhere. Know your rights!

They automatically ignore you about any problems with the car. FALSE MOT. Only promises not resolution and unpleasant customer service.

We bought a used car which when test drove locally was fine as the traffic was so busy you didnt get past 25mph. But once on the motorway the car was pulling violently to the left and right.
I called immediately but there was no time to go back as it took 40 min to get there and it was ten min before closing time. They suggested it was the tracking and i should have it fixed and they would pay. The tracking fix did not work and there were badly worn track rod ends and drop links which had obvious play in when the wheel was lifted off the ground. This should of been picked up on the mot that was only few weeks old. These parts were replaced and the vehicle still pulls left and right, and worse still the gearbox failed. At this stage they resorted to shouting me down over the phone and suggesting it drove away ok so i must of done this.
They claim to be booking this vehicle in for an inspection, but god knows where as i live 90 miles away. I will update this review when i have more details as at this stage i only want a refund.

Rang and told the part is there drove 1 hour 30mins waited 20mins to be told they didn't have the part wasted fule and 3hours wouldn't recommend

They sold me a cat s car in person at there place of business & didn’t tell me. They took advantage of a female on her own buying her first car. Didn’t offer me test drive, couldn’t properly see it, as packed in other cars. Only found out from new v5. Wouldn’t accept my rejection in 30 days won’t give me refund. Going to take them to court as they ripped me off, paid £2500, £150 3 month warranty £70 delivery. Delivered with bad tracking no indicator working or back brake light. He just rushed back in his uber.
Now something happened to suspension, shocks, springs. Caused wing to rip & shred the tyre. Due to whatever damage it’s had !! I could have been hurt or injured because of this. They are now ignoring me !!!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!
