Very nice product, good quality.

Today I am writing this review with great disappointment. I enrolled in a 6-month scheme and purchased earrings worth ₹80,000 after all discounts, including a 50% discount on making charges. As per the policy, there is a 15-day exchange period.

When I visited the store within this exchange period to exchange the product, I was surprised to see that I was charged the full making charges for the new piece. When I questioned this, the staff informed me that the offer applicable at the time of purchase was no longer valid during exchange.

This is extremely disappointing. If an exchange is done within the 15-day period, the same offers that were applicable at the time of purchase should be honored. Otherwise, the purpose of having an exchange policy and enrolling in such schemes becomes meaningless.

Due to this experience, I lost interest in starting another scheme, and this situation has negatively impacted my trust. Unfortunately, this experience makes me reconsider purchasing from CaratLane in the future.

Very worst service by carat lane and don't purchase here as the customer service managers are not available to resolve the issue and caratlane company is trained employees properly as I faced the situation like while I am taking monthly invest plan told that many offers will be available like 0% making and birthday discounts and so on but when my plan got over as they stating that no offer like how normal customers same is applicable for planned customers
But this case is not like that other jewellery stores.
I clearly asked when opting plan if it is 0% making then only I can take
They said yes at the time but now they changed wording. And so many reasons they are saying employee resigned, managers are always busy.
Being a customer support manager why the team is not available talk.

Please don't purchase I could see so communications in this company.

With great excitement, as a TATA group companies, with full hopes and confidence I had placed an order for Customized Evil Eye pendant, which was suppose to be engraved with the alphabet of my choice. Before even placing an order, I had also requested for LIVE VIDEO demo over a call. But response to which was so much delayed that I placed an order without a live demo. Today product was delivered and to my utter disappointment, the Alphabet I had chosen was not done on a smaller piece of the pendant. Upon calling their customer care, I was told that I had not mentioned about it in a order - which was very annoying, since I had doubly ensured to fill the same during order placing process. And at the age of 55+, I am aware about what I am talking about - which was doubted rather denied by the call receiver. So the call ended on not so good note at all. Solution offered was - we will get it picked up, engrave the alphabet and then send it again to you. Which would have been another 10 days in the entire process. Finally I had to cancel the order and ask for return and refund. This is the situation of 9th OCt'2025. Extremely disappointing and disheartening. And the worst is the call receiving agents/executives are very very mechanical and they do not go beyond the scripted responses. WOULD NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CARATLANE.

Recently i have visited carat lane store , the staff was very helpful specially the manager Shubham and Deepak they were very attentive and cooperative , also have through knowledge about the products , they very well understand customer needs .

Extremely Disappointed with My Experience – Request for Compensation

I am writing this email to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience with CaratLane. What was meant to be a special purchase turned out to be extremely stressful and disappointing, and I feel compelled to share the details with you.

The product I received did not match the quality/design displayed online. Damaged jewelry and used jewelry. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with CaratLane. What should have been a special purchase turned into a disaster.

This entire experience has not only caused inconvenience but has also left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the service and quality that CaratLane claims to uphold. I had chosen your brand with trust, but what I faced was nothing short of a disaster. And now when my called them today they are saying we will get the refund within 35 working days perviously they 2-7 working days and there a guy named Junaid who filled us saying the entire time during purchase gave wrong contact details and gave us used product and one guy on the Careline Harsheem super fake this people are cheating on customers and giving fake promises. We are gonna file a case against now hope we get justice. We started our purchase from 14th August 2025 and today 03rd September yet we haven’t received any response or any solution. And we have pictures as well which will upload on all social media sites.

I recently purchased a few rings, i have to say i was so impressed with the design of the ring ('sunshine ring' bridal set) so beautiful. Only thing i wish i had done is gone up one more size on the ring as it is a-bit snug so be-careful when ordering blindly especially when it's 2 rings you will be wearing at the same time go up a size. I was at first unsure about going with the SI-IJ clarity as my aim was to go for a higher spec but due to the time frame i needed it by i couldn't order in time. SI-IJ is beautiful, shines bright and sparkles insanely. Only thing i can say is it is a very dainty ring, looks like i will have to be very careful with it. All in all i love it so much would recommend it just keep in mind to go up a size it will look much better on the hand. Service started off a-bit rocky but the lady who dealt with me in the end was very professional, understood what i was asking for and made the experience much smoother and pleasant. I would say call the branch you will get more effective service.

Worse experience ever. Making charges is too much and very disapppointed with the policies as i lost almost of my 14000 where i purchased 39000 very very veryyyyy disappointed and worse experience ever. please never ever purchase with such nonsense policies

I visited the store for refund I have purchased the item on 10 July 2025 and I needed refund for this product due to some reason I don’t like the item now your store not providing the right refund they are saying to they deduct 5 k for this item my bill number 2507012 I am asking for refund of chain that’s very bad behaviour towards the customer and give you the bad review for this and never be your customer again in future it was a very recent purchase. And other stores are providing the refund for recent purchased item so why will I choose you again so for now I will be never made any purchases in future if you gays not providing solutions I need answer???

Worst support and services from staff, So irresponsible
