I got a ring online and returned due to sizing issue. Used the return service provided by company. To date I have been trying to contact online via email, chat phone all possible ways and they have not refunded the money. I have proof of all my correspondence and no one has ever responded. Please be careful whe purchasing esp online

Tanishq Golden Harvest Scheme — read before you join.

They collect 10 months of payments online. Convenient for them. But when maturity comes, the benefit (the whole point of the scheme) can only be redeemed by physically visiting a store. No online booking, no exceptions.

Couldn't visit? Benefit forfeited. They return your principal and keep the incentive.

This is deliberate friction. They design the inconvenience so customers forfeit. Everything is buried in T&Cs, so technically legal. But the intent is clear.

Saved you a year of your money being locked up for nothing.

Very much dissatisfied. Under the gold scheme. Customer is forced to buy higher value of gold than what is accumlated. Even for a difference of 1 milligram customer has to make purchase for more gold exceeding the qty. Although customer is ready to forgo this qty. No where mentioned in policy when issued.

I always had a great experience in Tanishq Bangalore Electronic city .Diamond varieties are more compare to gold but designs arre good .And Rashmi is very helpful through out the whole process like showing jewellery to till billing .

We visited Tanishq shop in Oberio Mall in Goregoan Mumbai on 6th of February 2026 and was attended by Muskan.She was very friendly and polite. My Wife asked her questions and she answered all politely.
We bought some jewellery and told her that we will be back the next day .
We visited on 7th of February and was again attended by Muskan. This time my Wife wanted to exchange the old jewellery and in return buy new jewellery.
Muskan explained everything regarding the old jewellery. My Wife bought some new jewellery.
Muskan was very professional and went through the process of selling the old jewellery .All the time she was very polite,helpful and friendly.
The organisation needs staff like Muskan who make Customers feel comfortable and welcome.
