As soon as I wrote my review below, one of the BusinessMobile's managers called me and resolved all the issues I had and since than he has looked after our account, so I have no complains at the moment.

If I could give less than one star I would! Avoid like the plague! they are fast to sign you up with contracts however after 3 and a half years and 60 mobile contracts they do not value you as a customer enough to call you back! The account manager has fallen off the face of the earth and company management that treats their clients the same! From today I will be moving our contracts over to another company. Please do not go with these guys as they are like estate agents once they have your business they do not care about the rest of the service!

Appalling company. Promised to set up capped lines for me but ended up with a huge unexpected bill on 5 phones. Promised refund, chased and chased, never came. Complete cowboys. Go direct to a phone company and cut these guys out. They are well known to big phone companies as being untrustworthy. Customer complaints clearly set up to placate and do absolutely nothing. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Untrustworthy! Get your phones directly from the provider. Been with them for at least 5 years but will not be renewing any new contract with BusinessMobiles.com. I would suggest that you do the same.

Great service from Vlad at businessmobiles.com. He went through all options for us as start up business and was able to provide new business mobiles for us on great tariffs. Great service, would use again.

Vlad was very helpful and friendly and very patience with me to get everything done and I'm very grateful to him

Never received a single cash back payment on time. I would chase for a long time for each payment.

After checking (2019), I did receive my payments eventually. I could not wait to see the back of them. My experience was from 2014.

Cowboys. They really DO NOT know their stuff ordered 4 phones they said only could get 3? I agreed to take them then got messed around for days on end. Really rude staff who ignored calls and treat you like you need them.more than they need you. ESPECIALLY Tre and Kay - probably not even their real names as Kay pretended to be someone else! Terrible, Poor even atrocious isn't close to how bad they were. Went to a1 comms and got what we wanted in 24 hours. Seriously avoid plus the deal they gave was 50 quid cheaper elsewhere. Cannot rate them low enough

I have recently had some dealings with BusinessMobiles.com and I only have praise for this company, in particular with their General Manager Troy Baker. I had been with BusinessMobiles for some years but was enticed away by a company called Future Comms who promised the world and provided nothing, may I add supported by O2.
In desperation I turned to my old provider BusinessMobiles.com who provided advice and support at no cost at all, I will certainly be in touch with BusinessMobiles when I can end my contract with O2. How refreshing to find a company that are not solely interested in taking your money without providing support. I will certainly be recommending them to all my friends and associates, really good customer service.

Hi from the start of my dealing with this company I dealt with a chap called tre he is one of the last old school best customer service person I dealt with in years he solved everything and always kept me posted the whole process I highly recommend him and if his boss is reading this the man deserve,s a pay rise or something to show all his hard work where he goes the extra mile cheers tony

Excellent customer service. I spoke to a represent by the name of Tre and he had a very professional and polite way of dealing with my queries and all the relevant deals on offer. I would definitely recommend this company.

From a get go fabulous service. Johnny was very patient with us while we took our time deciding on bussiness package. He kept in regular touch and was not rushing us at all.
Once decided he guided us through thewhole process so it sll went smooth. Phones arrived earlier than expected. Johnny gave us superb aftrr sales care and was there to answer all our questions.
