Though it was a little hard to get my business whatsapp running on this number, but immediately i contacted the customer care number, it was resolved immediately.

Makes it very easy to keep my business contacts in one place

SO efficient! Got an email reply from an actual human in less than a minute and a half. Would recommend purely for the customer service

It was super easy to set up and works just exactly like normal WhatsApp. Really good app as I knew how to work original WhatsApp so didn’t need to work out how to work it. App looks a little different also due to the plus sign and it saying wa business

YourBusinessNumber have been great for me. It’s quite difficult to obtain a US number that works on WhatsApp Business (I am UK based but do business in the States) without having a contract with one of the big firms, so kudos to them for offering a genuine service to customers needing a US number, considering they’re a UK outfit. I’ve had the service for 4 months now and it has been a game changer for me, as it got so messy advertising my personal number on my business marketing - such a simple service has made such a huge difference to me and my day to day.

Note for anyone wanting to use the service from a US standpoint - be a little patient as sometimes the verification code doesn’t come through first time (WhatsApp issue!), but the code will arrive.

While the company may respond to to in their working hours promptly
The staff or person i had misfortune of chatting to was arrogant, rude, uneducated or trained in a simple ability to assist a very simple question on how to you answer call from whats app for verification as you can not get as you can not reply via tex.
Time and time again with arrogance they did not answer question.
But instead said they have answered question
I will be posting our conversation so everyone will know what they are like
They are prepared to take your money yet give zero customer service.
Scam is all it is with staff would give them a zero if it was allowed
I have read the reply that this company has put up, which is completely fabricated with false facts, they did not refund me because system to not work to begin with! Which is another point when I asked about payment difficulties
Only response got its nothing to do with them and it's their merchant ( so no help as usual )
I will know post publicly the conversation between my self and them.
Where the whole world can judge the arrogance, complete lack of knowledge and zero customer service they show.
Also you will see they never answered simple questions like they claim
