We’ve used business mobiles now for a few years. Our account Manager is Karla Voce and she is amazing. Always on the ball and helps regularly with making sure we get the best deals.

Karla who is our Account Manager has always provided excellent service, advice and gives various options to help us making the right informed decisions in purchasing mobile devices, tariffs & add-ons.
We have been with Business mobiles since 2014 and we have never had issues.

I have ordered two new handsets, both iPhone Pro Max on 03/11/2020 and until now I didn't receive it! No one is picking up my calls. I sent an email on 09/12 waiting for Jay to reply it and no replies were given. Left couple of messages on voicemail and no reply. I made a complaint other time and he promised things would change, but of course it didn't. I'm very frustrated and disappointed.

My company has had Ricky Broomfield as its account manager for several years and he has consistently provided excellent service. He is efficient and resourceful and a pleasure to do business with. It is so much easier for us to have one contact person to deal with any questions rather than face the interminable wait on the phone with the service provider, usually without succesful resolution. Thanks to Ricky, we don't have to deal with that.

Ricky has been brilliant from the start helping us transfer over to EE and getting us the best deal when it came to re signing. Always at the end of the phone or emails when needed 👌

I find Business Mobiles a refresh change from other mobile providers in the industry. No pushing things all the time. The last thing we need is sales calls all the time. My handler Ricky Brookfield took the time at the start to find out about my business the type of hardware I had and what I was looking for it to achieve. He keeps me up to date on any offers that he feels I maybe interested in and his action time is first rate. He finds out what I need and when and does it. Usually within half a hour I am done. If I need advice he will listen then put together a couple of options. The number one thing you offer is well trained staff who speak to you as a person and know my business.

I have been working with Ricky for over 3 years now. No matter what my demands, questions or queries are he will always go above and beyond my expectations. He provides an honest and consultative approach, which I really value. I have thrown quite a few issues at Ricky and he has never let me down.

I deal with Ricky Bloomfield on a regular basis and can honestly say that he is one of the nicest people i have had the plessure of dealing with.
He is always very professional and friendly, nothing is ever too much to ask.
If he isn't available when I call, he calls me straight back and always responds to my emails in a timely manner.

I have only given one star because I have to. We agreed to move to business mobile this year on the release of the I phone 12 pro for our business. Still waiting and no contact ....... an absolute joke .... I have called and emailed numerous times .....

I had a top quality service from Jay at Business Mobiles! He helped me through from start to the point where I got the handset, and then some. He gave me quotes on my desired device and saw it through until I was 100%!

What makes a great company is how they perform after the sale and I would 100% recommend Business Mobiles to any company looking to take business mobiles out as the after service we have received together with the service when taking out the contracts for our company mobile phones and mobile devices has been first class.
