The product was well-packed and arrived in excellent condition, which I am very happy with.

Received machine yesterday, box and atomizer were damaged in shipping, they are sending a new atomizer. I love the machine, slept like a charm! quiet machine and very comfortable. Company communication is excellent. Very happy customer.

I dont normally write reviews but felt compelled on this occaision....I ordered an expensive piece of respiratory equipment (£569 ! )... Having not received a despatch email after 4 days I became suspicious and then came across these terrible reviews. Too late for me ....and I expected the worse.... Day 5 I received despatch notification but again based on the reviews I wasnt holding my breath... 8 working days from order my package arrived !! ... I am pleased to report the item arrived well packed and is of extremely high quality with clear instructions and works well.... So for someone expecting to have been scammed I have to report I am delighted with my product and Brivelle delivered within the quoted 8-10 days ...

I went to buy from this company and thankfully came here first. I looked up the address that this company lists and ZERO comes up on google. They appear to be lying about the address and having seen the reviews, this company is clearly dodgy. How dare companies like this try to scam people in poor health.

The most important thing for me was when an issue there is regarding shipping and delivery, there was a fast response and genuine intent to resolve the issue. The article fulfills the expectation. Congratulations and thank you.

We ordered an oxygnator on 20th October delivered on 22th October, we did not know how to use but the helpline was supportive thank you guys

Diabolical. I bought a heated shawl, it's terrible quality and I want to return it. Nobody answers the phone on numerous attempts and I only had one reply to an email but as soon as I said I want a return they have gone silent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Days have passed now and I've heard nothing despite repeated requests about how to return my item.

They are a helpful and trustworthy store. support team helped me get my baby pram. I was in a hurry very quickly. Even when I accidently double payed, they promptly alerted me and sent me back the money.

I ordered an Oxygen concentrator from them and the parcel I received was Sooo dodgy that I sent it back without even opening it.I requested a refund and they refused.Please stay away from this company-I am begging you!!!!!!

Bought a lumbar waist massager. Came in a box with Chinese writing, no instructions and a 2 pin plug. I contacted Brivelle.co.uk for a return label. Was told 4-5 business days. Nothing came so contacted again. Asked for a video and photos to show it didn't work. Explained I couldn't plug it in as only 2 pin plug.
Sent photos, AGAIN no reply. Contacted again and I was then told no longer eligible for a refund. Company is to be avoided, IMHO.

Watch these rip off merchants. I ordered an oxygen concentrator from this company that was advertised as portable. When it arrived, I could see from the size that it wasn't portable. So I contacted them to return it. They asked for a photo, so I sent one of it sitting in the box. They then asked for better photos to be sure it wasn't damaged, so I took it out of the box and took a few photos and sent them off. I was then ignored for a few days, so I contacted them again, only to be told that as its medical equipment, and the fact that I'd taken it out of the box, they will not accept a return or refund. I do have the emails.
