Made an order in 15th June, for a machine was expecting it as stated in the website by 21th June. However got it on 20nd but was left inside the garden. Thankfully no one stole it. Royalmail always does that,
The product is inperfect condition and asked for a PDF manual got that sent back after few hours by email.

Delivery was delayed, but got a quick update from Carla, customer support is great. I understand it is Fedex's fault but since i purchased from brivelle i had them solved the issue. Hope same issue won't happend in future

I receivied the machine in good condition,

Got an oxygen machine, it works brilliantly, but delivery was a bit delayed was worried had to chase up customer service to urge it, when it finaly got here the packaging was fine and machine was in good condition, i wish they make a next day delivery option but overall happy with the product and the servicee

Recently bought a metal detector, it was quite an experience first ordering was easy but payment failed for few times than contact support and they assisted.

delivery was as expected but after receiving the product there was no instruction and send an email, it took a day to get a pdf instruction sent back by email. However the metal detecor worked great and will be using for summer this year.. Thank you

I hope someone reads this review and does not buy from Brivelle. I ordered a CPAP machine on 8th June for next day delivery as advertised, on 11th June. Rang them on 13th June to be told its on its way and it can be tracked via online website. I checked the tracking system which stated, Processing-2days, In transit-8 days, Local distribution centre-3 days, Out for Delivery-3 days and shockingly Delivery attempt-1 day. Can you believe that today is the 19th day after my order and I am currently still at Local distribution centre status. I raised a complaint with the afterpay company and then I immediately received a email from Brivelle asking me to cancel the complaint because the package would be with me within 48 hours. 8 days later, still no package. They claim to have the stock in this country but I bet it turns up with Chinese labelling. If I wanted to wait for 4 weeks for a CPAP machine to be shipped from China then I would have bought one myself for half the price.

Recently got my order, i couldnt know how to use the facial glowing device. First i could not contact by phone was out of working hours but got a callback next day morning.

Problem solved and all is good now, thank youu

I recently had an excellent experience with the delivery, i ordered a portable oxygen for my father and service was perfect. the representative i spoke with was knowledgeable and told us it would arrive on 17 june but arrived earlier.

The communication was clear and i am happy with the product, it does the expected work, this have saved my father alot of time, thank you will order some masks and tubes for the machine next time.

This company is to be avoided, poor service, communication from they sad it is joke. I have ordered the portable oxygen concentrator, the girl I have spoken with said three times that I get this item before 22/06/24 that is why we have ordered from them, but we are still waiting today is 24/06/24 and they said on 22/06-24 that they contacted Royal Mail to prioritise our delivery but now they said on ground chat we have to contact Royal Mail ourselves and we got notification that delay will take place on 25/06/24 because this item is in Edinburgh but they send us emails saying that Royal Mail picked up the item from their shop in London to be delivered to us in Hampshire which is 50-60 miles from London. How come from London to Edinburgh not hampshire.
My mother life depends on this item. We have arranged travel for 22/06/24 and we had to cancel it which cost us time stress mum health and of course money. They send us email with loads of nice word how much they try and all this crap. They are unreliable, incompetent company, they took my money in few seconds.
The worst company to deal with. The worst service I have ever experienced.

I ordered an item from this company for £30, it stated that it was on offer and was previously £89. A bargain. However, when it arrived it was clearly not worth £30 and had never been worth £89. I've now seen exact item on sale on other websites for less than a tenner. I usually do research on sites I haven't used before but didn't on this occasion. Lesson learned.

Still no order received. Definitely not a UK based company as they say. Ordered and paid o 28th May, with delivery time supposedly meant for 3rd June. Contacted them and was given some story of how it was out of stock and coming from abroad- red flag- was then told I'll receive 7th June. Still nothing. I've tracked my shipment and its only half way through shipment time of 12 days, add 2 more for arrival at distribition center, and a further 3-5 days to delivery. So in hindsight, my parcel not actually due for at for at least another 2-2.5 weeks. SCAM! They should not be allowed to trade, its false advertising. Will be contacting bank for refund today!

I don't usualy make reviews for online purchases but this time i liked the way they handled my delayed order, i was offered a discount, and received my package few days later.

**After basic due diligence research, prior to purchase of medical devices from this company, whose advertisement states them to be an NHS accredited supplier, amongst others...

I find that, (Per Companies House filing):

This company was incorporated in May 2021 and operates from the given address of 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, (which is the site of a suite of serviced office and meeting rooms hosting hundreds of companies).

**The filing states that the company's nature of business includes retail and wholesale supply, via specialist stores, market stalls, mail order and internet, of clothing and footwear.", making no reference to connection with nor accreditation by any state or private medical authority.

Not at all consistent with the Facebook/ Pinterest self reviews, copied onto the Trustpilot entry, stating Brivelle to be:

"One of the largest Suppliers, Wholesalers and Retail Stores in the world, shipping its products all around the world and operating around the clock to provide you with the best service possible. Our goal is to foster a sense of community by taking it to your door. You will choose from a wide variety of collections that have been handpicked to help you choose the highest content at the lowest prices."

Needless to say the customer service is questionable, telephone contact nigh on impossible and online chat assistance nebulous.

Would highly recommend avoiding this actor and his company.

My order was delayed for 2 days than expected, but received in good condition, after reaching customer support they offered a partial refund compensation for the delay. I understand it is not your fault but i had to be home that day to receive. Thank you for the compensation and for

usual not understating of consumer rights 2015, iron stopped working after 18 months but they say out of grantee but under law it says should last a reasonable amount of time , if you buy an iron do you think it will last only 18 months if you did would you buy it ???

Ordered from them on 20th feb, took almost 2 weeks to arrive. They don’t reply to any emails and if you call their ‘help’ number it’s an automated message saying they’re busy with other calls and they will call you back, how exactly they will call you back when they don’t have my number I will never know. They end the call saying to leave a message after the tone, there is no tone it’s just silence before the line goes dead. My guess is this company is likely operating from outside the Uk for their deliveries.

The parcel didn't shown up it went elsewhere,
They didn't wanna help,
Myself I work with a company how sends out delivery,
So I no that it is down to the sender ( the account hold) to deal with, not a third party not the delivery driver or costume to sort out,

Still nothing,
Not responding to my messages,
The phone number dose not work,
The stress of this is more then I can take,
I do have asperger, so I worry more then I should,
I brought this pram for my stepson and his wife,
I just found out Iam 3 month pregnant the stress have put me in hospital,
With high blood pressure, I have had 4 kids and never had this before,
Because now I have gonna buy another pram plus myself,
Please just give me my money back,

Alors voilà une entreprise qui se met au service de ses clients, que ce soit pour les renseignements en amont de l’achat que pour les conseils techniques. J’ai acheté en confiance un concentrateur portable d’O² c’est un matériel précieux pour ma santé, une dépense non négligeable alors moi je dis : Bravo et merci Brivelle bonne et belle nouvelle, le matériel est parfait et parfaitement parfait ! En tout cas tout à fait conforme à la description du site internet. Livraison rapide, délais respecté, emballage au top je suis conquis et je recommande.
Donc achat en confiance, no problem.

J'ai acheté une machine à Oxygène sur leur site.

Je l'ai reçu en qqs jours, en parfait état.

Après quelques essais, j'ai dû échanger avec leur support car je ne suis pas habitué de ces machines.

Franchement, j'ai rarement eu des échanges aussi polis avec des services de Sav.

Et je ne parle pas d'une bête comparaison France/UK.
