Bongo has reacted to my complaint on TrustPilot
I had given negative feedback as I got a FedEx invoice for customs duties though Bongo had charged customs duties in advance and I was not able to communicate with Bongo about this problem. After I had reported this to Trustpilot, Bongo has contacted me. They said this was a mistake in their computer program and refunded the customs duties that I had paid in advance. They also sent me an instruction how to communicate with them (you will get a bounce if you simply write an e-mail to the e-mail address stated on their website and on their documents): So this is the official way to contact Bongo:
* log into your account
* click on "Help"
* then type in the search text "customer service,"
* scroll down a bit,
* click on "click here to contact us"
* you are directed to a blanc screen
* scroll up again
* then you find a contact form.
Easy, isn't it?
Well I have promised Bongo to improve my evaluation on Trust Pilot if they refund the double customs duties. So I have changed from 1 star to 4 stars now because the package had been forwarded really fast. But this complicated way of online communication is really a bit unsusual for an online company. So I can not give 5 stars, sorry! Maybe my instruction at least helps other customers who are also desperately trying to contact them in vain...
Absolute cowboys
Despite the delays with the shipping and high cost I stuck with, and continued paying my subscription to, Bongo as they told me they were going to sort it out.
But when the refund that was paid to me and sent to Bongo by Fed Ex was kept by Bongo as "Bongo does not refund customers for service delays as a company policy". so they just kept the cash!......despite continually telling me a myriad of stories to the contrary.

Amazing Company
Bongo are amazingly prompt and courteous in their customer service and I highly recommend them. I wanted to buy shoes from Europe and first I tried their personal shopper service, in which they purchase items on your behalf (had to because my international credit card was declined) and then ship them to you. Unfortunately the personal shopper order didn't work out, the European manufacturer's online store had discontinued the shoes I wanted, Bongo contacted me within a day or so of finding this out and had fully refunded my personal shopper fee and item cost within 72 hours. I later sourced the shoes I wanted from a European retailer who accepted paypal as payment and Bongo received my parcel from them without any fuss and got in touch within hours to tell me they'd arrived (even though I already knew, was watching DHL tracking :)

Excellent company
I am in the process of fixing up an old Mercedes Benz (not restoring) which is in good original condition , unfortunately a lot of things don't work any more, or I should say didn't work any more, so have been having huge problems sourcing some parts for it.. A lot of companies want you to spend
X amount of dollars before shipping over seas, but with this company It did not matter want the amount was.... Their service can only be described as excellent...... Fast delivery as well.... A very satisfied customer

To be honest, at very first I thought that the shipping cost is very expensive, but after do some research and lot of comparison, finally I come to conclusion that the price is not that bad and still within market price. Even more they also offer a premium package with low monthly subscription fee. So far I really love the way the team handle the process. I don't have any doubt in my mind to let this company handling all my goods.
