How fantastic to get a great sample door, which is an "actual door", as well as the sample colours we asked for. It sets such a good impression to customers and helps with making the right choice!

Great quality kitchens and really good value for money. We travelled 100 miles to the showroom as we couldn’t believe the price for the quality but the claims were true.
Our kitchen has just been delivered and we are so impressed. We’ve paid Flatpack prices for fully assembled units with quality cabinets and doors.
The delivery driver came early as rain was forecast so we could unload in the dry. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. My contacts with this company have been a pleasure with prompt replies and nothing seems too much trouble. They even arranged delivery to the Isle of Wight. Good luck with your expansion and the personal touch of a smaller company outshines the national big boys. Would give you 6 stars if I could.

Beautifully laid out showroom. Not rushed...
We knew roughly what we wanted,as we had ordered and paid for a kitchen from a well known store elsewhere, 2mths previously which was to give us time to prepare,repair and decorate. 24hrs before it was due to be delivered,we were informed that we would receive half the order and the other half in 4 weeks, but if I wanted it earlier I could drive to Trowbridge and I could pick some up as they had in stock.I was not happy, the fact that everything was paid for and we had already given them 2 months,it was not a cheap kitchen and yet now I was supposed to pick it up. So I advised they could stop the delivery, cancel the whole order and reimburse me.
After many excuses it was agreed.
Once I'd been reimbursed.I went straight to Better Kitchens. I'd noticed the showroom from driving around Weston Super Mare. Once inside the showroom, I was amazed. The cabinets were top quality,well made and beautifully presented. The advisor was extremely helpful,even making suggestions for more space,light and worktop space. We even ordered Beech worktops. We were allowed to choose a delivery date to suit us, and the whole order including a new sink worked out almost £500 less than the original ordered. The kitchen arrived,only one small item was absent but due in a few days,( and I was kept informed) cabinets were assembled at no extra price which was a huge time saving when you are doing your own project...now in situ I have a beautiful new kitchen,which many have commented on. The money saved from not buying from the bigger giants,has enabled me to update appliances....Thankyou Better Kitchens for a great shopping experience.

What a service! Excellent. From the start of the planning, to the help with design, queries handled by the sales team, the organisation of the units when delivered and the delivery team nothing can be faulted! Prices are really great too.
I am based in the north east of England and have used nationwide and local companies before for replacement kitchens in my homes all with poor customer service so choosing a company from the other end of the country was done with some trepidation! But Better Kitchens were recommended and I can not fault them!
Even half way through when their website was upgraded and I appeared to loose my designs the customer service team were brilliant emailing them straight across in readiness for installation.
Units all came ready built and numbered as per the plans so installation was straightforward.
Have already recommended these guys to friends if they are thinking about changing their kitchens!

We heard great things about this company from a builder we knew. He felt the quality was better than Howdens and a better price. We liked the fact the units came assembled it saved us time. We are DIY's not trade. Betterkitchens helped me design the kitchen, I visited the showroom they were so helpful with before and after sales care. The quality is brilliant I'm ecstatic with out new kitchen and highly recommend Betterkitchens thank you so very much.

After 20 months having the kitchen noticed a little crack in the paint. Vertical door got little crack of the paint what alowed some water spils inside the crack, what caused the sweling and damage to the door more. It looks horrible now.. i have contacted customer service and they told it is water damage. Yea ofcourse it is water damage as it had micro crack in paint what alowed water to go behond the paint and damaged the actual panel.. so their desicion is damaged by water no warranty applicable. So vertical door not under the sink damaged by wqter .. sound like it was laying outside in the puddle ? It is possibly cheap resoljtion just to replace the door, but theu dont want to do it. Purely not my fault i disnt damage it. It did come faultu from factory .. but tey would not cover it as waranty.. well you decide if warranty actualy is warrranty or just pile of fluf..

Great company to deal with and smooth ordering process. Super prices and the kitchens are of very good quality, all assembled (unless for some unknown reason you select flat pack) and ready to fit. I ordered rimless high gloss Ultimo units and was extremely pleased with what I received. Don’t bother with the major kitchen suppliers as you pay far far more for much less. Even if you are not competent to install yourself it’s worth ordering with the help of your chosen tradesperson or someone who is to save ££.

Had a couple of designs/quotes from other companies which were not right for me. Found BK online, ordered a door design and colour samples (this was really worthwhile). I found the ordering process easy online and liked the choice of cabinets/styles/finishes. I selected ready made cabinets and 2 person delivery, again, think this was worth the cost. Feel overall cost of kitchen was good value compared to my other quotes. I was really pleased with my kitchen, just had one door front that was incorrect design. I used the ticket system online to report. The response was really quick and BK sent out a replacement. I would certainly use Better Kitchens in the future.

Like myself it seems that customers dealing with this company are at first happy with the product ,however futher down the line when fualts occur better kitchens become dont want to know kitchens so if the are thinking of a new kitchen I would sujest a company like Wren where you can go into the shop and show them the problem and get a satisfactury revolution you will get nether from Better kitchens there is no qaratee with these people so as they say buyer beware .

New kitchen required so had a design done and searched online. The main requirement was for a walk in larder and came across Better Kitchens. Compared to other suppliers, they were competitively priced with a great range of units/colours/finishes. One that I was really pleased with was the option to choose colour of carcass. I chose all the required items with soft close hinges and chose the flat pack delivery (you can choose pre-built for no extra cost). One element of the units I was very impressed with was the back panel - 18mm colour matched rather than the stiff 2mm board that other suppliers come with.
On receiving the delivery, there were some items that had quality issues, these were raised with BK and replaced. Some ancillary items (shelf fronts and rails) had been missed from the initial delivery but raised with BK and replaced quickly. BK use a ticket system to communicate with and I found a minor delay to this but it did allow me to raise a ticket and BK would answer the same day, usually a couple of hours later.
The units, when built are really strong and come with all required fixings... im a very happy camper.

Given most kitchen suppliers receive a load of bad press, Better Kitchens supply a great product at a great price and care about customer service..

I'm very impressed with the quality of the units, the range and choice. The service has been faultless too. Prices are very competitive.

do not waste your time on this company. Their website is very difficult to navigate. It took us a very long time to find a specific unit and when we called because their website wasn't working properly, they would not process our order.
They will not sell you less than 3 units even if the unit you wish to purchase would costs way more than 3 small units.
So disappointing!!

This is a review of the website and user journey/experience.
I spent the time configuring a cabinet that I wanted to order to fill a space left when we had our kitchen redone.
Only after configuring & then signing up do they tell you that there are no delivery options as they have a minimum order of 3 complete cabinets.
I really dislike companies which operate in this way where getting the signup is more important than the customer experience.

I ordered my kitchen in 2014 and was initially very pleased with the service. Problems started in 2019 with a couple of drawer front delaminating the vinyl from the wood backing. Reported to Better Kitchens in early 2020, then Covid interrupted any resolution and now out of guarantee. Now in early 2022 I have 11 drawer front and doors out of a total of 36 delaminated with vinyl detached from the backing. Also 2 end panels with serious amounts of vinyl starting to lift off.
I would not recommend anyone to embark on vinyl wrap kitchen unit doors and drawer fronts. Not a satisfactory quality product.
I am now having to replace all my door and drawer fronts with wood after less than 8 years of use. Not a satisfactory quality product.

Well in these unprecedented times Better Kitchens have been amazing. They called me when I ordered online to go through my order glad they did as I had made a mistake and they sorted. The quality of your kitchens is tops. Service and delivery is just great. I recommended to friends who saw our kitchen and they orderded .Much cheaper than others for quality.

After seeing Better Kitchens (BK) on the internet, I noticed they are in Weston-super-Mare and had a showroom. As it was in lockdown we had to make an appointment and we were warned it was still being constructed.
Arrived at their impressive new building and there was enough showroom available for us to see the quality of units and we were given good help and advice.
Luckily, the kitchen fitter (PL Kitchens and Bedrooms) they had employed to fit out the showroom was happy to talk to us and we instantly felt he would be a good person to fit our kitchen.
The whole process of planning, ordering and delivery was very smooth and the quality of the kitchen is superb.
If you are local to North Somerset, PL Kitchens give a great service and works closely with BK, meaning you get internet pricing with traditional service.
