I have been working with Tony from this company and he has been brilliant, and very helpful He has kept in touch with me regarding the design and changes that needed to be made, and my quote is around 6.5K,
I will place my order today and update you when it arrives.

After many weeks of shopping around at various kitchen stores, a friend recommended me Unitsonline. I was very nervous about spending such a lot of money online without a showroom, but Chris Marshall provided me reassurance and excellent customer services.
He was patient to my changes and always available on the other end of the email or phone.
The kitchen is yet to arrive and will comment once the process is over, but I can't recommend them enough for the service so far.

Units Online were exceptional. I chose a bespoke painted kitchen, ordered it, then changed the design! Units Online not only managed to keep the original delivery date but all the units matched perfectly, obviously I was warned that that might not be the case.

I took the rather bold/stupid step of ordering the kitchen and then taking it to France to be fitted. I had no issues. Everything is so well built and well packaged. A year on we have no niggles, no issues with anything. The hinges, doors, drawers, runners etc all work perfectly and are clearly top quality.

Thank you to Nathan and the hardworking team at Units Online. My dream kitchen is perfect and a joy to use everyday.

I received a broken unit. It's missing a back support bar and the wood is cracked on the screw point at the rear. This is what they said, bearing in mind the unit was delivered and not touched for 7 days due to removing units out of the kitchen before fitting the new units. We did check them over but upon unwrapping the units we found faults...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We bought a painted Second Nature kitchen & within a few months, 5 doors had flaked paint patches. Units Online constantly referred back to their supplier PWS, who said we’d damaged them. After offering 2 replacement doors they sent them without pre-drilled hinge holes, they’re now threatening to charge us for them. Dispute still ongoing 🤯

This is the second time I've used units online. The first time was for our kitchen during 2020/covid and I found the designer Shaun very difficult to work with. I thought at the time everybody was under a lot of stress, so put negative experience down to that.

I've recently gone back to design the utility, thinking things would go much more smoothly this time, but I sorely was mistaken! He pretty much shouted over the phone that I couldn't have what I wanted, and didn't think about any creative solutions to the problem. So I did the creative thinking and solved the problem. Now that now that the design almost finalised (just need 3 quick and easy changes) and I'm ready to order, my emails and calls are going unanswered. A very stressful and frustrating experience!

It's a real shame, as the product is really good and there are people at the company who are lovely and very good at their jobs. But haven't had a bad experience for the second time, I won't be recommending them to friends and family anymore. I'll now be warning them to stay away.

It's been 10 days since my first request and still haven't gotten a quote from them. Apparently kitchens around the £9k mark aren't interesting to them. All other companies I've spoken two got back to me within a day. Does not tell me I'd have a good service at all if I buy my kitchen through them.

Awesome experience with Unitsonline. We found their kitchen door selection far more extensive than other similar online kitchen retailers and the lead times much quicker. The prices were really competitive. The product itself was perfect and everything we ordered spot on. Customer service were helpful throughout answering all our questions. Would highly recommend.

Have been unable to get them to quote for units where i have the design ready to go, must have requested by phone or email seven times. No idea if they can deliver the kitchens but if they cannot quote it does not bode well.

Excellent service from enquiry through to after sales service, very friendly and helpful. More importantly for me, efficient and to the point no sales jargon. The finish and build quality is also very good, I have had other brands in the past but units online are higher quality and feel. I had excellent support and service from Tony Mason-Coleman and Karen Langdon, Thank you… I have a great kitchen!

I had a basket of units totalling about £500 including a sample door which if approved would have taken the total purchase to about £700. On making a telephone enquiry about one of the items in my basket (where the website had been very short on dimension details) I was told quite categorically that my order was not large enough and that my enquiry would not be answered and my order not taken. The website has a number for such enquiries.

Recently received our kitchen from Units Online. Fantastic quality and price. Bob was amazing throughout - always responsive to our questions and made some changes to our original design that significantly improved both the look and functionality. Would highly recommend this company.

I'm a big fan of UnitsOnline. I run a very small kitchen design & fitting business in Wokingham in Berkshire, and first used UnitsOnline about 5 years ago. We fit almost any make of kitchen, but frequently steer clients to consider an online purchase with UnitsOnline, preferring them to other online suppliers (who we also use). Product quality is good, the range of door & drawer sizes is very good, and they are very willing to custom build at the factory. Pricing is good. Importantly, they clearly do quality control before shipping the kitchen (some very big online names clearly don't!!). There are sometimes a few faults, but they are quick to rectify them. We've always found them very responsive, both pre and post sale. A good firm to do business with. I thoroughly recommend them - Colin Brown, 1-to-1 Kitchens, Wokingham, Berkshire.

Fantastic top quality kitchen, really good value. Great customer service, and the delivery turned up on time. My kitchen fitter was sceptical because of the price, but when it arrived he agreed it was top notch. All the bits were present, and although 1 door was damaged in transit, a replacement arrived in a couple of days.

The kitchen was fitted in my rental flat 18 months ago and when I did an inspection yesterday it was still as good as new. Unlike my mum’s Howdens kitchen she had fitted at the same time at a higher cost and similar look. Bits are falling off hers, and she barely uses it! When we do our own kitchen we’ll definitely use Units Online again.

I shopped around for quite a while getting quotes for a new kitchen before coming across this company. The best part was that everyone else just accepted my view that the existing layout couldn't be improved but Bob at units online came up with an amazing improvement helped by the fact that they can cut down cabinets to fit odd spaces. The quality was exceptional and aftercare great. There was one small mistake in the list of cabinets but a replacement was sent in 2 days. Have recommended them to friends and would use again if ever I move and need a new kitchen

Waiting and waiting for a quotation. Have given up and are looking elsewhere. Finally got quotation, think they were just extremely busy. Had contacted other kitchen suppliers but, once Richard of Units online was “on it” my husband refused to look elsewhere. He found him very patient and thorough and immediately understood all the complexities of designing a new kitchen. Extremely satisfied and now waiting for our new kitchen which will arrive in February. I’ve been in contact with companies getting quotes for quartz worktops but Richard says he can get a really good price so Happy Days🤗

Tony at Units Online is just great. He took our design and came up with a fab kitchen, then gladly went through several iterations with us until I was happy. All the time he was trying to find ways to save us money. The kitchen was the cheapest of all the quotes we got - but when it arrived, the fitters couldn't believe the excellent quality of it. Thicker wood in the carcass, thicker doors, superb finish. It turned up when they said it would turn up. The quality control is also superb - two of the drawer fronts had stickers on that said 'damaged, new doors on order' and sure enough two new doors turned up - I had to look very hard and finally found two tiny little scratches on the underside! A great firm. I've recommended them to several people and our fitters will be using them again too.
