Met 2 week delivery date. Arrived cracked. Further 2 weeks. Broken again. Finally got unit. Online tracking doesn't work at all. If you leave a message they don't call back but when they do answer they are polite. Quality fine. Price is good. Not a great experience but provided I wasn't in a rush I'd use again

Always buy from this company as cheapest in country with free delivery aswell, I've replaced all my conservatory glass and both patio doors due to blown glass.

Third time I have ordered a replacement sealed unit and every time excellent quality, excellent service and excellent quality

I initially ordered 2 pieces of glass for my front door 16/2/26, 2 months later, currently 17/4/26 I still have not received the glass I ordered. The phrase you will hear most when dealing with this company is: 'I've just checked with manufacturing, the bits we needed are now in from our supplier, and its being loaded on the delivery van this evening' - I have been told this over and over and over again and its a lie every time. What you're being told is any excuse to get you off the phone. Of course the delivery never comes and the cycle repeats. The units were initially the wrong size as somebody couldn't read a tape measure, such a basic mistake is laughable, but the way that its been handled is the worst customer service I have ever had with any company ever. Avoid this company like the plague, save your money and sanity its just not worth buying from them, buy from anyone else! I've requested my money back or the glass I ordered multiple times and I still have nothing......

Easy ordering process. Opted for the longer lead time and associated free delivery. Predicted date given at the time of order. Good quality sealed unit matched requested spec and was delivered on the day given. I fitted the unit the following day. Very happy with the service and product.

Bought some units told to come on certain day for pickup when arrived to collect told they are not ready….!!!and it happened twice!!!!😨 so for me was bad experience
