One thing to note is that the courier will not bring the unit indoors. If you’re ordering a large or heavy item, it’s worth having someone available to help move it safely. Overall, a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I recently ordered a number of replacement sealed units from Sealed Units Direct and I'm more than happy with the service provided.
The online ordering process is extremely straightforward although I did make an error on the measurements of one of the units which the sales dept helped me remedy over the phone.
Delivery was made within the timeframe given and a delivery date supplied. The driver was extremely efficient and phoned to inform me of his impending arrival.
A special shout out to Vicky in the sales dept who very kindly helped me address the measurement error I made on one of the units and I will definitely be using them again.
