I'm delighted with the service & contents of Good Food magazine.I've tested quite a few of the recipes on my family with great results.

Good selection of recipes but sometimes getting a bit silly with just throwing a few random things together and calling it a twist on a classic

An excellent magazine

I wanted a subscription. Tried several times on line & by fon. Impossible. In the end I gave up & I won't bother again.

Love the magazine, I always look for something new.

Joined Good Food using an offer and I love it. Both the app and magazine are great. Tried so many new recipes and will repeat most of them. Husband and granddaughter enjoy them too.
The app is great for putting in some ingredients you want to use and it will give you recipes containing them. So helpful.

Terrible customer service. Far too slow and completely unhelpful.

I signed up for a second subscription after a trial subscription finished at the beginning of the year. We liked it initially but its been quite hit and miss and the last 3-4 magazines we have had have been really boring. There is far too much advertising, which makes it look more and more like those free magazines you get in the supermarket and just not enough interesting recipes. It seems everything is a slight variation of recipes that we have seen before, not many fresh and new recipes. I'll not renew the subscription anymore.

Interesting articles. One recipe plus photo takes 2 pages. More recipes and less waste of space needed.

Great recipes using in season produce. Easy to follow recipes that give good results.

Took out a yearly subscription. Took a while for first magazine to arrive but enjoying receiving them now. Mainly use the app to find a recipe, very quick and easy and have enjoyed lots of different foods we wouldn’t normally eat. Look forward to going through the magazines properly when time allows. Worth the subscription cost, happy 😊

I just love the good food magazine, so thought incase I miss a month I would have a subscription.

I like the seasonality of the recipes, and a clear drive to find new methods and ingredients/flavours. I would like more than just a nod to gluten free though

Your magazines are brilliant. So many great recipes and various other topics are covered. Great value for money.

We attended the BBC Good Food exhibition in June at the NEC and whilst mostly it was excellent, we were very disappointed with the food served in the subscribers restaurant area. My wife had the lamb which was mostly fat and gristle which gave her a mild case of food poisoning. Add to that despite the meal supposedly costing £35 per person, with a £10 discount for pre-booking, the bill was £91. My mathematics may not be wonderful, but I think that's an overcharge of £41. Never again!!

Bought a magazine and online subscription for my wife in May. Couldn't get online account to link to subscription. Asked for help on 4th June. Still have no resolution 3 weeks later. Takes ages to get a reply. And the replies don't seem to actually read the problem you're having, just copy and paste generic email templates (delete app, log out log in etc).

What a disappointment! I’ve used BBC Good Food for years… for free. Now that I’ve taken advantage of their £4.99 for a year’s subscription offer, I really wish that I hadn’t bothered! Gone are the good mix of English and exotic recipes that my family and I have enjoyed for years - an example; I wanted to make a spicy minced beef dish, but all BBC Good Food had to offer was a veggie-mince version, with couscous! Isn’t it funny that now, not only do you want to charge us for your recipes, you want to also dictate what we do and don’t make - it’s that BBC attitude again! By all means add to the available recipes, but don’t take others away from your customers. Stuff your ‘political correctness’ I will go elsewhere.. if I can ensure that you don’t automatically take payment from me next year, it’s worth cancelling my bank card just to prevent this. No wonder everyone has lost faith in the BBC.
