I like the variety of recipes and the flavours. I would like if we could substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef and sausage and pork due to watching cholesterol. I would pay extra for that. I don’t like the continuously shrinking portion sizes and the lack of fresh pasta noodles which elevated a recipe a lot.

It was great but the quality has really suffered lately. My shrimp had freezer burn. The precooked basmati rice is thawed by the time I receive it so it just goes in the garbage. The quality of the protein has gone down also. The meat is sometimes previously frozen so if I can't use it all it's garbage too. The price has stayed the same but I would rather pay more and have the quality back.

The customer service makes the experience great. It doesn't happen often but when there is an issue it is resolved very quickly. The meals offered are varied and the quality of the meat is very good.

Some interesting recipes. Sometimes odd choices that don’t really please us. Too many ground beef options. Menu choices weekly are recently too many high-priced meals and often too many high-calorie meals. We find ourselves often choosing the “value” meals.

I feel like you’re sending the bare minimum. I used to get chicken breast instead of chicken filets with every chicken dish without an extra cost when I ordered your service in the past. Also I feel like the choices are more limited than before. All the little extras like a second veg or added feta cheese for salads etc are no longer included.

Fresh ingredients, easy to make meals. Recipes taste great. My only issue is that gluten free options are limited. When I look at other meals it seems like th only thing is only a few ingredients that need to change to make more options - panko, soy sauce and pasta. If they offered a gluten free option for those ingredients the selections would be much broader.

I have been a loyal customer for many many years .Love the choices and the food but lately there have been many times where an ingredient is missing from the box and also the prices are a little pricey but I understand. Even food in the grocery stores are expensive. Also would love to have more free surprises in our boxes or something for loyal members

We are not fussy/picky people, basic fresh food, easy to follow recipes. For the most part we are 3 out of 5stars with our Goodfood. Some taste good and are a sufficient portion, others either do t taste great or the portion size is far too small for 4 people.

I add protein to most foods, but that option has recently been removed, forcing me to look elsewhere, Hello Fresh. They have a 6 portion size option, additional protein option, and far bigger selection. We will get our 1st Hello Fresh order Monday and decide if we continue with Goodfood.

I have been a Goodfood customer for years and don’t look elsewhere out of loyalty, but I feel I have been forced into looking for better options.

I love the recipes and the ingredients, and I love that I waste way less food than I used to. Customer service is prompt and friendly. I wish that more of the packaging were recyclable where I am, and they do periodically leave out key ingredients (it makes a difference to mascarpone stuffed mushrooms when they leave out the mascarpone), but this seems to be happening less often than it used to.

Je n’aime pas faire à manger, encore moins planifier, et on repassera pour la perte de temps a l’epicerie. Goodfood est l’un de mes meilleurs choix de vie ! Nourriture de qualité, les repas variés et tres savoureux. Je mange mieux et tellement de nouvelles saveurs ainsi que de nouveaux legumes. C’est en tout point ou presque parfait ! Je recommande vivement , l’essayer sera l’adopter!

The recipes have been flavourful and consistently good quality.

We have been with Goodfood for almost 5 years, enabling non-cooks to make supper and easing the logistics of grocery shopping. Most meals are plentiful, tasty, and easy to make. However, I can only give 4 stars because we have had issues. We are compensated for the issues each and every time, easily, with no hassle, but I wish it was 100% reliable. Still, the food and service have been healthy and helpful most of the time for almost 5 years...

Il y a toujours un bon choix de menus. C'est facile à préparer. J'ai toujours un reminder qui me dit si j'ai pas fait ma commande de la semaine. Lorsqu'il y a quelque chose qui cloche avec ma recette, je parle avec quelqu'un et la plupart du temps que c'est arrivé, on me donnait un rabais pour ma prochaine commande. C'est très apprécié.

Can't imagine life without GoodFood...it's 7 years now...wouldn't go back!

Avec les informations alimentaires, je peux manger sainement. De plus, tous les produits nécessaires sont inclus, ce qui facilite grandement la tâche. Comme mon mari travaille encore, les plats cuisinés amènent de la diversité dans ses lunchs. En général, les plats sont délicieux et faciles à réaliser

Love the convenience of pre measured food and easy to follow recipes and it is always delicious. However you've upped the price and ended the free shipping and since then I've been missing ingredients pretty frequently. Also the cucumbers often come squishy and i find that pricier ingredients (like cheese) are always super stingy. I expect more quality and quantity with how pricey the service is.

We love the innovative recipes and delicious meals. There is always more than enough.
