To start, was easy to order. Delivered when promised, except leaving between the two front door are not secure. Food is very good and so easy.

So glad i had some leftover Costco Greek Salad so I could feel better about throwing this crap out. Tried several and they were all, for me, not good enough to eat. Oh well, at least i lost weight.

Really good service and good food, but I find the menues are pretty much the same every week not much changed, not much options for glp1 menue and keto and calorie wise.

I enjoyed the meals I had, but it’s too much work to manage this service. You cannot suspend your account and choose specifically the weeks that you want when you want. The service is pushed to you and you have to remember to suspend essentially every week, which is time-consuming. They also don’t send a reminder to remind you if you want to make any changes.. I didn’t even pick from the menu selection and food was sent. Fruit is decent. Customer service is decent business model and friendliness needs to work.

Purchased the meals as I'm Very picky for my lunches. I was tired of premade meals from the grocery store. The variety in the chicken meals have been enjoyable. All the meals have chicken and sides that are tasty and well cooked. Also loved the chocolate and coconut snack bars. The meals are also good for people who are diabetic, no more spikes in sugar.

Ca devient fatigant d'avoir a aller choisir ces repas a chaque semaine, et si tu oublie de le faire a temps, croise toi les doigts que tu seras pas pris avec des repas que tu aime pas

Amazing as usual and extremely convenient. The recipes and tastes ais always delicious. I really love the portion sizes.

The food was delivered on time on the right day. I would like the driver to ring the doorbell on delivery.
The food is tasty and fresh. So far I am very happy to save me from cooking.
I wish the cost was cheaper as I live on a pension

I had food poisoning with two different meals at two different times. Finally cancelled them. They try to give you a credit so you stay with them. I’m done with Factor. I think they recycle unused meals.

Bons repas bien équilibrés, mais un peu trop chers.

I enjoyed most of the meals, the portion sizes were very generous and the taste was quite good. I also like that the meals were well balanced and calorie conscious

I had a frustrating experience with Factor. I never received any emails to select my meals (checked both inbox and junk), so I didn’t even know I was subscribed until a box showed up at my door. Because of that, I had no chance to choose my meals or pause the service. The meals I received were mostly chicken, which I wouldn’t have selected. When I contacted customer service, my refund request was denied. Overall, the process felt unclear and not very transparent.

Very difficult to just make one order. I unexpectedly got the whole order again the next week. The food is good though.

The deliveries from FedEx the first 2 went bad,they have there own code to buzz themselves into the bldg,both times I watched them on the security camera,first time they left the box outside without knocking,second time they left it on the first floor by the mail slots and when i opened the second box some meals were upside down and it was packed badly compared to the first,some meals are better than others but compared to other companies I've tried there not bad,I've put a hold on everything until July because of this incompetence.

Do not get.

Honestly - its trash, expensive and an f'n nightmare to deal with their company.

meals are delicious!! Chicken and beef bavette is slightly overcooked and dry. I need to put extra sauce on them. Otherwise, no complaints.

These meals are freaking amazing!!! Every single one is full of flavor and large portions. Me and hubby are loving them! Only downfall is my 3rd box arrived today and every meal was on its side and one had broke open and spilled throughout the box. So that was a little disappointing. Otherwise an amazing option for healthy meals!
