I got a great bargain!
I absolutely love my new shopping trolley! The big wheels and spacious bag are a great feature. As soon as I unpacked it, I could see and feel the quality.
Now I’m finding every excuse to go shopping and I even had a few people ask me where I got it from. Before it was delivered, I needed to contact Support and I received a prompt response with an answer to my query.

Order not delivered. Ignored by Baggage Factory
I placed an order last Sunday with a delivery date of Tuesday. Today is Wednesday the order has not even been despatched.
I have emailed their sales email twice now, had no reply. Called their 0208 number, no answer.
I even went to their Castleford store at Junction 32 and was told they don’t have any contact with head office they are stand alone and cannot help me.
The suitcase was a gift for husband. I expressed this on my email hoping for some urgency S we go on holiday tomorrow and would’ve loved him to use it.
Complete let down by Baggage Factory and their radio silence approach.

The bags haven’t arrived
The bags haven’t arrived. They won’t respond to my messages through the chat. DPD said they put the wrong address on the delivery so they won’t do anything.
Worst complany I have ever dealt with.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused with your order. Unfortunately, we only became aware of the issue slightly later than we would have liked, as there had been a delivery error by the courier which resulted in the parcel being sent to the wrong address.
As soon as we identified the problem, we made every effort to recover the items and arrange for them to be delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, by that stage you had understandably decided that you no longer wished to receive the order.
We appreciate how frustrating this experience must have been and sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused. While the delivery error was outside of our control, we did our best to resolve the situation once it was brought to our attention.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to investigate it.

If I could leave zero stars I would been trying to return an item no replay to emails and leave change is hopeless I would recommend advoid this company

I left a 1 star review on a Fantana suitcase i purchased a year ago about problems with the wheels. The baggagefactory team could see I was not happy and they have sent me a new suitcase delivered to my house. Well done and thank you for resolving my problem.

Well for a start there are no instructions and video shows chap loading trolley with bottle of water and then throwing water over it to show how waterproof it is? nothing abouthow to affix wheels and with what? Not very informative to say the least. Sorry, not very happy i'm afraid.

Excellent after sales service
We bought a suitcase about 18 months ago at the Baggage Factory at Dalton Park and unfortunately one of the handles was damaged during transit from our holiday. We went back and Lorraine very kindly arranged to get us a replacement handle. Excellent and friendly customer service.
