Pleased with the price of the life…but
Pleased with the price of the life insurance, the agents were very thorough. However, I received 4 different phone calls asking for my current life insurance. I didn't even think about why this should have been a problem, however, my current life insurance sent me a letter saying that I apparently asked for the life insurance to be cancelled. I didn't. When I asked the agent, she said they didn't have the power to cancel it. But when I called my current life insurance, one of the documents I signed was sent to my current insurance to cancel with my signature on it. I had to do emergency repair with that insurance company as it was still in place for my spouse. So not happy with that aspect.
