Be prepared to have a super invasive application process, and to agree to divulge information in multiple life areas that may not (seem to) be relevant to the appropriate insurance requested, if you want to proceed with the insurance application.
Be prepared for this super invasive application process to result in coverage being denied fully or partially, even if you no longer need medical treatments, and even if medical professionals describe your condition as good/very good or recovered.
Be prepared for basic fun and leisurely activities to be considered "high risk" (this includes even with obtaining education and completed certification courses in said activities, and even if you have discontinued the leisurely activities).
Be prepared for your insurance application to be denied due to previously having taken temporary pain medications prescribed by health professionals during life events caused by other parties (example: vehicle collision), even if you responsibly stopped taking them earlier than the time period prescribed due to no longer needing them to tolerate pain or heal well.
Be prepared for professional customer service all throughout this invasive and time demanding insurance application process in which you are fully or partially denied coverage.
Be prepared to be denied coverage even if you are an extremely healthy individual, have never been drunk, don't smoke/do drugs, have no diseases/infections, others constantly ask you how you are so healthy, fit, flexible, and energetic, and how often you go to the gym, etc., and you make make prudent life decisions, have a very good credit score, a clean driving record, and no dependents.
Be prepared.
