I bought the CPR/AED class, and it went straight to an error page, with no conformation if the purchase went through. So I then completed the order again, and the same thing happened.

Getting my tax exemption certificate to…

Getting my tax exemption certificate to go through was a bit of a problem originally, but otherwise it has been a very positive experience. Also, it comes in a pretty timely manner.

Battery was one year old

You sent us an AED battery that's been on the shelf for a year (date on the battery was 10/12/2024). These batteries are expensive and have a strict life of 5 years. At $495 for the battery, it was the equivalent of throwing away $100. Not impressed or pleased!

I tried placing my online order for 2 days with no luck. Then I chatted, and was told to call in and choose opt. 2. When I got an agent on the phone, which was very quick, as soon as was done explaining what was going on, my order went through. Very frustrating!

Your website is horrible for such a…

Your website is horrible for such a major company. I need a replacement battery for my Defibrillator and I included every single number on the back of my original battery in the search bar...and it didn't find it! You need to follow Amazon. Make it simple! After spending over 30 minutes trying different numbers on the battery, I called. After waiting on line for 1 hour and 35 minutes, I hung up. What type of company puts people on hold for that length of time in today's environment? I went on ChaptGPT and ask: Where can I purchase a Philips defibrillator battery"? And it showed where to buy. I would never recommend anyone to purchase your defibrillator because of this experience! I surely can't be the only one who has experienced this issue.

I MAY have placed an order? Yes I did!

I placed an order, received notification that my credit card had been charged through PayPal, and at the same time, got an ERROR message from AED - which I submitted. I received a reply within a day and WOW, received my order on the 2nd day!!! Very satisfied after a moment of confusion.

The website was easy to navigate. Finding brand name products was also easy. The website gives minimal information about the product(s) (replacement pads for AED). I had to dig through paperwork to find if items on the website fit the AED. It would be easier if it was listed on the website.
