Sample pack variety is lacking
The mask sample packs would be way more useful if they had more types of masks per pack rather than a 2-3 mask types with a couple colors of each. Especially considering the sample packs are so frequently sold out. It is nice to be able to try a couple sizes per sample pack though.

The masks are excellent quality, fit my small face, great value, and are comfortable. Everyone I've spoken with is absolutely lovely. As someone who has had cfs/me for 21 years, the KN95 3D Pros in small are my go to masks. I have a very small face, and I cannot wait until they come in more colors (hot pink. please hot pink, also light blue/mint)

Very responsive customer service. When a package got lost in transit, they worked to track it down and get a replacement sent.

Receiving a delivery confirmation without actually receiving the package, especially with tracking no longer updating, is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
Please know that we have already escalated this issue with the shipping carrier to help locate your package as quickly as possible. While once an order leaves our facility it is in the carrier’s possession and outside of our direct control, we are doing everything we can on our end to investigate this thoroughly.

Prompt shipping and good product
The shipping was very prompt. The masks were as good as other masks I use, but the online photos led me to believe they would have more room in front (they don’t) That said, I will buy them again.
