Very inconsistent They send u an email for a refund of certain amt then when u call them because they have not sent the return label they have another price refund which is lower and they said their computer has a gliche then u call again and the refund is much lower what is that all about Very frustrating to deal with them not consistent

I really appreciate the politeness when I'm spoken to and your customer service agent was very courteous. The lady I spoke with listened while I fumbled to get my words out, and kindly said, "I think I can help you with that", and "can I have your name please?" I was left feeling so at ease..

Even though the parts that were shipped to me were damaged in transit 1A Auto stepped up to the plate and made it right.

I have had numerous good dealings with 1AAuto, and on the one bad experience they made it right.

don't buy a vehicle from them!!! They will screw u anyway they can.when u buy a junk vehicles from them n the engine goes in it less than a year they don't help u like they say! Don't believe them.they will take u to court to get free money .to try to get money from u for a vehicle u no longer have.theyll rip u off any way they can.!!! There vehicles are junk have engine problems, electrical problems.they don't even offer u a extended warranty .rowe special credit does.there awesome!!! I recommend going through tgem not a-1 auto!! I've learned hard I bought 2 junk vehicles from them to only have one 10 mtgs cause tge engine blew .n they wanted me to pay a xtra 3,000 for a engine.i was having financial difficulties so I gave tge car back I had no choice !! They didn't want to help they wanted me to dish more money out that I didn't have n didn't care then they wait over a year to take u to court to pay the remaining balance on a car u no longer have.free money for them.i pad while I had the vehicle now they want there free 6,000 from me again there ripoffs.buy NOTHING FROM THEM!!! DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING TGEY SAY EITGER. They true to make nothin right when they sell junk vehicles!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

This company is a scam. I bought rear rotors/pads. They arrived late so I had to go a different direction due to the issue's urgency. I finally received the item, never opened the boxes (rotors and pads shipped separately), submitted for a return, returned the item, never got my refund. After more than 30 day, today, I learn 1A Auto planned to not refund my money because the rotors were allegedly "scuffed" - but if true - that is the condition I received them - as I NEVER OPENED EITHER BOX RECEIVED - AND RETURNED THE BOXES UNOPENED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAPING. I should not have to endure this poor customer service - and frankly - considering I was shipped, late, damaged goods, the refund should be in full - inclusive of shipping return costs. I will never do business with 1A Auto again, and I recommend anyone considering doing business with them do the same.
