I had a wonderful experience dealing with their customer service representative. On my end I had mid represented my model on my car, therefore receiving the wrong set of pagrts.
Was convinced I would have to return, at my own expense, and then get maybe a partial return on the part.
But, they worked with me, and informed me as to what I did, and what to do differently next order. Then, also reimbursed me for the return.
Fantastic experience.

I found customer service person very friendly and knowledgeable.

The part came in good timing
But I didn't know I had to pay for returns on warranty parts.

I worked there as a temp with mostly great employees. Except for one named Byron, he went threw customers cars taking anything of value. I was also threatened to be assaulted there by a 60 something year old man. Do NOT use this company if you do NOT want your valuables taken from your vehicle. He runs from car to car taking money/ anything of value. And he was the one who TRAINED me and was doing these grimy actions. A bottle of change went missing from a customer that he ransacked the vehicle and I was questioned for it. All I can say is do not have your vehicle towed here!

Received damaged product and the company was outstanding when it came to replacing the parts. I highly recommend and will be referring this company to as many people as possible!! Thank you very much!

The website said these rear brake shoes would "guarantee to fit" my car but turns out it didn't when I tried to install them. They gave me the wrong part for the wrong trim level. The guarantee fit tool does not check for trim level and can still give you the wrong part. Customer service didn't help resolve my part issue.

I had purchased both a radiator and a/c condenser for my wife’s car. The radiator had a very slow drip from the drain port. So I contacted customer service and they were very helpful at replacing my defective radiator with another unit. I will always use 1AAuto for my car parts. Tony

Customer service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A day after a holiday. Could not have been better taken care of. Understood problem with items received. Very helpful with resolving outcome. Will continue to shop auto parts here. Thank You Customer service rep.

I recently bought a fuel pump for a 2004 Honda Civic. After installation, the fuel gauge on the dashboard is very erratic. Sometimes it shows I have a full tank and a few moments later shows a quarter empty. I'm very disappointed of this product.

Part took like 5 days.

The agent was very helpful and sent me a return label which i could not find.

If you think you’re getting next day shipping you’re wrong. they’re lazy and slow so they won’t ship your package out according to how you pay. haven’t even heard back about a refund for my $30 deliver fee

I absolutely must state that this organization has the best customer service dept compared to all other’s in any industry. They are so customer centric in all their dealings. Ariel is/was just simply the best.
