my first order I tried the two 10 oz New York steaks, the toughest steak I have ever eaten, and tasteless, I threw them out p, I requested a refund and the offered me 9.50, so that makes each steak 4.50, that's less than a cheap cut on sale at the grocery store. if this is truly grass fed then it should around 21.00 per steak and I should receive a refund of around 42.00. poor first experience, next I will try the chicken.

Horrible delivery service. Bad cuts and no taste. We have thrown out everything we have ordered after having cooked seven meals trying different cuts and not eating any of them. What a waste of time, money and energy. This is a good idea, but horrible results. We cancelled, but wasted a lot of money trying the service.

I have used Wild Pastures for several years. The meat is great. The customer service is outstanding. When I have a question or need to change part of my order, I always receive a quick, friendly, helpful reply via email. I will be stocking up my freezer today, more than what I generally receive in my monthly box, in anticipation of future price increases.

The products that I have had are the freshest best tasting that is out there and at a fair price for the quality that you get and their customer service is excellent as well I can never go back to store organic meat after eating this .

More variety, less time grocery shopping
I've been a customer for a little over a year. The quality of the food is all better than my local grocery store. I mainly value that everything comes from a regenerative farm. Buying a variety of cuts one month at a time also helps me get more variety instead of buying similar stuff week after week when shopping at the grocery store. Some packages have had tiny tears at the edges but everything has still been frozen and delicious. I'm inclined to think that the frozen packages crack at edges because of the way the shipping company handles them. I do appreciate that the packaging is low on waste. I always had so much trash from other meal prep services.

Our first few experiences were pretty good. I feel like we got what we were promised. Then a few orders in they started quietly shuffling around the cuts of meat to cheaper ones, still paying the same price. Feel like the quality went down a bit but I was still kind of okay with it since the meat at the grocery store is so expensive. Last few boxes- terrible. Big cuts in the packaging exposing the meat. Improperly vacuum sealed- air bubbles in the packaging and it leaks really badly when I thaw it out. Hopefully they hire some new QC people and workers who actually know how to properly handle meat. I’m pregnant and can’t risk contamination. Just gross guys. Come on.

The flavor of ALL the meat is amazing. Add that factor to the health aspect and I'm one happy camper.

I just started buying from wild pasture I had stopped eating a lot of meat because of the quality. So I took a chance . The ground chicken was amazing tender and tasty. I also did the chicken tenders just as wonderful.Living alone it takes me time to finish eating a pound. I don’t eat pork but I can’t wait to try the beef Italian sausage.

I submitted an order on Sunday
Found out Monday I had to be out of state for awhile.
Since I was not going to be home for delivery, I requested they cancel.
They did so gladly without giving me a hard time.
Appreciated that big time.
Too many online businesses will take your money then refuse to honor their refund policy OR only offer you a percentage.

These guys are amazing
These guys are amazing. When ever there has been an issue with shipping these guys have stepped up to make sure we're were satisfied. Not only do we have boxes shipped to us at home, but we also send monthly boxes to our two young adult sons.
The variety and flexibility of what is available is un matched.
I compared Wild Pastures to 5 other brands twice now. They won. Oth time hands down. Price and variety of proteins was the biggest difference.
We appreciate their customer service as much as their product.

The meat and Wild Pastures' customer service are both excellent! I always get a response on the rare occasion I have to email them (shipping issues, not quality issues), and they make sure I'm taken care of. Everyone should support farmers who practice regenerative farming practices. You simply cannot trust the meat that is sold at grocery stores. I highly recommend Wild Pastures!

It's not only the quality of product, but the customer service that I appreciate. Once I finally decided to thaw out the beef liver I had ordered months before on a special offer. The pasture-raised chicken is mostly why I joined WP. The chicken is always tender and tasty. Beef is also very good. Pork is average. I've had a couple of issues with receiving the wrong cuts of beef but it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I do wish they sold ground turkey and breast cuts outside of Thanksgiving as we like to have turkey as a lunch and dinner staple.

Moving on ..great idea poor execution
Thank you so much. I was excited to be ordering from a trusted source but I have to say the packaging and the delivery and the limitations really are a turnoff. I don't think I will be ordering again. All the packaging when I defrost into my refrigerator leaks all over my refrigerator causing me to have to pull everything out and clean it anytime I order their food. Otherwise, I have to get special boxes and things just to defrost their food vacuum seal buddies. A couple of the cuts, I don't think, were the right cuts. They were a ribeye, was extra tough, and they said they would replace it with a free ribeye that never happened. I definitely am going to explore some other options. I have received orders from them 6 times now. Spending at least $200 an order. And just always a little disappointed on each and every order
