I ordered this before the 4th of July, Thursday 06/25 I checked the tracking number and said they couldn't deliver because of wrong address, I called UPS and the agent told me it didn't had apartment number, so I gave it to the agent and said please ask driver to come back there is meat in it, it can't wait long, the agent said they will not go back and they will send it back to the sender, I contacted an agent on the chat at wild pastures, when I gave my address I put apartment number when I checked my account it had 603990, I never added that number, so I updated my information and saved it, when I checked again the 990 was back on my address, so the chat lady said we can't send another box right now it had to be until next week, so I said no thank you, she says okay I will give you a refund and she says oh and you have a subscription I said yes cancel it too, well I received the membership cancellation and the refund, well next day they brought the box, I couldn't believe it the meat was almost thawed, I put it right away on my fridge, well that was really unacceptable, not returning the box same day, I paid $99 it would have been more if they didn't gave the discount, I got 4 tiny thighs obviously those are not from grown chickens, a whole chicken, chicken tenders tiny and not many, I got a few ground beef, chicken wings but now that I saw the size of the thighs I wonder how small the wings are, and 2 stakes, that is not worth $99 or even $149 original price, they are a ripped off, I could get way more product for less in my near by farms, horrible experience and of course they charge me again. Not worth it, stay away from them. I wish I can upload the pictures so you can see the size of the thighs, is a joke. Not worth what they charge.

Thank you for taking the time to lay all of this out, and I am truly sorry. This is not the experience we want anyone to have, and reading through what happened, I understand your frustration completely.
A few things stand out that I want to make right. The address glitch, where the extra digits kept reattaching to your apartment number even after you saved the correction, is a real problem on our end, not yours. It should never overwrite what you entered. And having the box arrive nearly thawed, especially after we had already processed your refund and cancellation, is not acceptable to me. Getting perishable food to you safely is the one thing we can never get wrong, and we did here.
I also want to look into the charge you mentioned. Your subscription was cancelled, so if you were billed again after that, we will refund it.
Would you be willing to reach out to me directly at support@wildpastures.com with your order number? I would like to personally sort out the charge, fix the address in your account so this cannot happen again, and talk through your concerns about the box contents. You deserve a clear, no-runaround resolution, and I want to be the one to give it to you.
Again, I am sorry for how this went. Thank you for the chance to set it right.

Im sorry to see bad reviews, I really loved the chicken breast and the sausage ( no grissel ) if thats how ya spell it. I was looking forward to the steaks, my only complaint was my first order was put on hold because of a dry ice issue but hey Im glad they made sure my delivery was cold since it is hot here!!

Wish I had found WP years ago
I began searching for free range meats about three years ago and I didn't want to have to sign up for a beef, pork, chicken site so being able to have one account for all
types of meat and seafood is perfect. I also never found a place that offered such a nice variety of meats and seafood all in one stop shopping. I am on my third auto ship and couldn't be happier with the quality of the food and the ease of ordering. You can customize your box which has been very beneficial for us and it's fun to explore different cuts of meat or seafood etc. The shipping and packaging couldn't be better. They have arrived on time and I was extremely impressed with the insulation in the box. It was amazing. Everything was frozen as solid as if I had just taken it out out of my deep freeze.
We haven't tried everything we have purchased But I will say that what we have eaten just seems to be cleaner and more flavorful.
This month I had a question about changing my order and customer service got to me quickly and answered my question quickly and efficiently.
The quality of meats from what we have tried so far has been excellent and it's so good to know that these are animals that are raised humanely.
With so many meat packaging companies having been sold to overseas owners, it's a great feeling to know that food from WildPastures comes from Americans, raised ethically on American soil.
I just wish I had found them years ago!

Such Quality Meat
We have received three shipments from Wild Pastures so far and we are SO HAPPY that we found them! The food is so good. I can tell the quality is great even while cooking the meat. When I asked my husband what he thought of the meat, as we were eating one night, he said "I cannot explain it other than it tastes 'clean'" That pretty much sums it up. I have also contacted customer service recently and their response was super quick. Our experience has been nothing but positive! We're already looking forward to our next shipment.

Delivery awful
Unfortunately, I am cancelling my account with Wild Pastures. I liked their meat but their delivery service is absolutely the worst. I have complained to WP before that they send me an email telling me that it has shipped and another saying it it out for delivery but it might be another day before it turns up. They toss the box over the fence. No one bothers to ring the bell. I'm in a city with a box of mean on my porch. They might as well put a sign saying 'steal me.' Last night the meat turned up after we had gone to bed. They didn't ring the bell. An email was sent at 11:30 p.m. I didn't see that until 9 a.m this morning. My husband found the box before he left for work. At that point, according to their emails, the meat had been in that box for 96 hours and it will be 105 hours before I get home to deal with it. I have told WP before that this delivery doesn't work for me but they said there's nothing they can do. So I guess, I can't get their meat any more. They chose the delivery service over their clients. I'm sure I am not the only one with the problem.

Grass fed is good for us and the animals
We are enjoying the beef, pork and chicken we get from Wild Pastures. The delivery comes in a box designed to keep the product cold, always arrives quickly, the meat is well labeled.
It makes us feel like we are doing something good for ourselves and the animals to know they are grass fed.

UPDATE: As expected the problem was rectified immediately and I am 100% satisfied with customer service. That was expected. Thank you WP. Everyone, just check your delivered package.
We have been customers for a very, very long time. Years. Make sure you double check your orders when they arrive. I have been shorted twice in the last several months. The most recent being today. Customer service has always been exceptional when I have notified them of the problem. Again, check what you have ordered upon delivery. I ordered chicken drumsticks that were on special and did not receive them. So this is just a heads up. By the way, the chicken is fantastic. Always tender always juicy.

I'm enjoying this service
I'm enjoying this service! I feel confident that the meat is being handled safely and that it will be frozen and easily transferred to the freezer when I get home from work. I appreciate that I can track my box and even though it's traveling halfway across the U.S., I feel I can trust that it was frozen when fresh. I believe that the animals are well cared for and humanely handled. I pray that this is true. I hope to be consuming meat that was not flushed with fear/shock/panic hormones. The quality of the ground beef is evident and taste is great. I won't eat any other ground beef (except for one in-and-out burger a year). Customer service is responsive and helpful. I'm still figuring out how to cook the ribeye. I have enjoyed all the meat so far. I'm on my 3rd box (I think)

No response, no order and they just ignore me
I placed an order from this outfit on May 19th 2026. Here it is end of business on May 26th 2026 and my order has not been filled and still not shipped. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone to find out the status of your order. They have no contact posted and their AI BOT chat message box never responds to all your inquiries. This was my first order and it is going to be my last. I just cannot believe anyone can stay in business when they are so disengaged from the customer. They say that orders will get filled within 1-3 business days and shipped out in 1 - 7 days. Tomorrow will be day 8 and my order is still locked and has not shipped. I would not refer this place to anyone. They had no problem taking my $410.00 though.

For first-time orders, there is a two-week hold period before the initial order ships, which is disclosed during checkout. We understand that waiting without a clear update, especially after placing a $410 order, was understandably frustrating.

my first order I tried the two 10 oz New York steaks, the toughest steak I have ever eaten, and tasteless, I threw them out p, I requested a refund and the offered me 9.50, so that makes each steak 4.50, that's less than a cheap cut on sale at the grocery store. if this is truly grass fed then it should around 21.00 per steak and I should receive a refund of around 42.00. poor first experience, next I will try the chicken.
