I bought two sets of magnetic dress up pets.
They advertised they were wooden so I thought good solid toys. Wrong! When my granddaughter opened the present the two dogs were falling apart.
I’m embarrassed now as I had already given the other set to a friend s granddaughter for her birthday.
There are a lot of magnetic sets on this site and if they’re all like the one I bought, I certainly woukdnt buy. Not worth the money

We bought a superhero bunny online to send to my granddaughter (a gift from her uncle actually). It looked lovely and could be sent straight to their address which was ideal in the current situation. We are delighted with the quality of the toy, much better than we could have hoped for and a lovely cuddly size for a little child. It has already become her firm favourite. We will definitely use this company again. Great quality, price and service.

Ordered a couple of things for my daughters birthday and they arrived as described and in a couple of days. Awesome!

I’ve had only great experiences with this company. I don’t use them often, normally at Christmas and the odd birthday. I love that you can filter by age and boy/girl which is really helpful when having to find gifts for children.
I ordered the week before Christmas and had a really quick delivery time, within 48 hours and the gifts went down well, so thanks for great service once again!
The quality of the products and value for money is good... you could find similar products maybe a bit cheaper elsewhere, but I like the convenience of ordering via this company as I’ve found them dependable so far & had no issues and I avoid the crowds in shops (definitely a bonus!).

Ordered 3 slide show flashlights for grandchildren at a cost of approximately $25 each. Total waste of money. The flashlights which appeared quite large on the website are actually tiny - key ring size. Also only 1 battery out of three actually worked. Complete rip off! This company should be put out of business. Absolutely the worst merchandise ever sold.

We ordered a toy for her granddaughter. She played with it and within 24 hours it stopped working. I sent them an email and they told me that we would be getting a replacement within 2 to 3 days. Two days later, we got a brand new one. Their customer service is awesome!

I ordered a toy for my granddaughter for Christmas opened on Christmas day it did not work emailed they shipped her a new one right every company could learn something here Wicked Uncle puts the customer will keep ordering and will tell everyone about this great experience.

My order arrived really quickly but I had a problem with it, I sent wicked uncle an email 2 days before Christmas asking them to change an item and they responded instantly and sent out a replacement item which arrived the following day-just in time for Christmas!

Was short of ideas for a present for my granddaughter and found this site by accident. It was really easy to use (just have to enter age and whether boy or girl).
Found a great selection of goodies and ordered my choice on Thursday morning. Kept up to date with tracking details and my parcel was delivered on Saturday morning. Very prompt service and well packaged. Will definitely use again and will recommend.

Outstanding customer service!
My son's grandmother ordered and purchased a toy for his birthday. Unfortunately the toy was faulty. Within hours of an email informing Wickeduncle of the fault, they had posted a new one directly to my son i.e. to a different address. The replacements arrived the next day, but unfortunately it also has the same fault. Another quick email to WickedUncle brought an immediate response explaining the potential issue which had already been raised with the supplier and a 3rd toy put straight in the post. I am keeping fingers crossed that toy number 3 will be ok but in the meantime we have been extremely impressed by the superior level of customer service.

Lots of good ideas and even unusual products, brilliant birthday presents. Very easy to order, come with gift wrapping and birthday card, different delivery options. I ordered the last min but had the present delivered on the second day.

Brilliant customer service! Wicked Uncle delivered the toy, gift wrapped with a hand-written card, within a few days of purchase. Unfortunately, the toy had a fault. Liam, a representative, responded immediately to my email and sent out a replacement without requiring the faulty item first. A great company with a great attitude that understands that their products are gifts for eager kids.

I use this site to get ideas and buy birthday presents. It has a great selection of products that you would otherwise have a hard time finding elsewhere. My children have so far loved everything they have got.
Also good and fast delivery. I would recommend it to all parents.

My son recieved a gift sent via WickedUncle for Christmas.

Unfotunately the item had a small defect. As I had not ordered the item, but it had been sent straight to us, I did not know what the customer services could do.

I shouldn't have worried though, as the packing label on the delivery box had the order reference on it. I was able to give that to customer services so they could find the order. I explained the fault, and they said no worries, email them a photo of the fault, and they would deal with it.

Within 5 minutes of me emailing them the requested photo, they had acknowledged it, recognised the fault, and had shipped out a replacement.

I could not fault WickedUncle's customer services at all, how I wish all online shopping was like this, especially where I hadn't bought the item myself, and it was a gift.

If you have don't have kids, but have godchildren/friends sprogs to buy for this site is ideal. All you have to do is tap in the age and sex of the recipent, and it brings up a huge range of suitable presents for the age range. Delivery was fast too, especially considering it was just before Christmas.

I've shopped with Wicked Uncle for several years now and have always been pleased. I appreciate its birthday reminders, categorisation of present by age and the creative present ideas provided. Service has always been very good and I like its approach to customer communication. Wicked Uncle is always the first site that I visit to source a child's present. Highly recommended.

we recieved the "firefighter water spray" as a gift for my 5 yr old . It was very flimsy and fell apart and was unusable the same day. A real shame and definitely not value for money.
