My order of the unicorn handbag for my 3 year old granddaughter arrived very quickly and in super condition.
My granddaughter absolutely loved it and would not put it down at all including bedtime.

If I could award this company six stars I would.My parcel was dispatched on time but Royal Mail misdelivered it. When I received the"Delivered" notification, but no parcel, I telephoned Wickeduncle and they responded immediately by instituting a search. Within 24 hours they had located the missing parcel and dispatched a replacement. The replacement arrived next day.
The gift wrapping was perfect, as was the greeting card, and the gifts were of very good quality. When the original parcel was mysteriously redelivered. the company arranged for free pick up and even provided the necessary label.
Customer service throughout could not have been better, and will certainly use this company again. MRA

We were bought a £40 gift card for our son for this website. We have just received our order. Talk about underwhelmed. £40 for 3 items which came in a tiny box. Because obviously the items were tiny. A complete rip off. You can pick up far more for far less elsewhere. It’s shocking you charge these prices for such tiny gifts. Pound shop items. First and last time to wicked uncle. (Strange name too)

The order arrived in good time and was well packed. Unfortunately one of the toys didn't seem to work properly, and when I asked if I could return it and get a replacement, they said no need, they'd send a tested replacement immediately.
Each time I contacted them, they replied very quickly and always helpfully. I'd certainly use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

I've used this company about half a dozen times to send gift wrapped presents directly to the recipients. This time, the gift arrived damaged. I sent photos and an email to the company after they'd closed for the evening, and had a response shortly after 9am the following morning advising that a replacement would be sent later in the day. No messing, no fuss, just excellent customer service.

Great company to purchase from. My first purchase arrived on time, well packaged but had an intermittent fault. My email was resolved within 20 mins; a reply with apology and confirmation that a replacement had been dispatched which I received the next day. I ordered several toys for Christmas presents off this website.
Yesterday I had to contact them about a broken part from a toy.

So glad to have found this company! They offer a really great range of unusual toys, games and gadgets! I ordered x2 of the Airshot targets. They came well packaged and literally within 2 days! The toys were of good sturdy quality and as I say, unusual. Most of the toys and games I’d not seen anywhere else.

I bought this sausage-dog long hot water bottle for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. The design is adorable — the soft, plush dog cover makes it feel like a cuddly toy as well as a warm comfort. It’s much longer than a standard hot water, which means it gives lovely warmth all the way along.

The quality surprised me in a good way: the material feels soft and well-made, and the bottle inside is sturdy and easy to fill. My daughter has been using it in the evenings and at bedtime, and it’s quickly become one of her favourite things.

Bought one item years ago for one of my nephews when he was about 10, he's just graduated from Cambridge and I'm still receiving unsolicited emails. Its utterly impossible to unsubscribe. Every time I get an email (at least every week) I unsubscribe, but I still get them regular as clockwork. Sort it out, its really annoying.

We’re return customers as it’s wonderful site to purchase from. Recently we had a malfunction with one of the toys we purchased and Wicked Uncle responded via email straight away to arrange a replacement part. The customer service is head and shoulders above other online sellers. I would highly recommend!

Royal Mail did not deliver on time and on tracking the order it was received in Chelmsford MC then sent to Tyneside MC where it sat for 4days! I rang Wicked Uncle and they immediately raised a Royal Mail Investigation. E-Mailed me within about 20minutes to say Royal Mail would not declare it missing for another 3 days. Tracked the order regularly and 2 days later it arrived in tact from Leeds! No fault of Wicked Uncle but they reacted without delay and refunded the postage. Excellent Customer resvice and great products. Have used them before without any issues and will continue to ease them.
