Great selection of gifts. Turn up beautifully wrapped. We had an issue with a parcel that was damaged in transit and it was instantly sorted by their customer services.

Dcecent compamy, but they dont offer reviews on selected items.
They only show reviews of all items all lumped in together which I think could be seen as a bit avoident.

And also if you have a look for sme of the same toys on amazon you will save money significantly.

Very timely delivery of order, good communication and fantastic customer service.

I would not trust this company again.
When responding to an unsolicited advert from Wicked Uncle I ended up in touch with different company I had never heard of but which I assumed must be a subsidiary or supplier.
Wicked uncle customer services not at all helpful when the goods purchased proved unsatisfactory and strangely not at all concerned as to how their website had facilitated or been vulnerable to the diversion .

BEWARE - this is the rather nasty response I received from this firm who clearly have no interest in exploring the problem:

Always had good service from Wicked Uncle! Have ordered a few times in the past, and they truly did me a solid with a very last-minute emergency Christmas gift for my nephew!!
One of my go-to sites for gifts for kids gifts, I like their range, and browsing by age group is helpful!

Appalling service. I purchased a well known ragdoll for my newborn granddaughter, clearly marked from 0 months, so was appalled to receive it unwrapped folded stuffed & squashed in half into a small padded envelope, no protective bag or box for the doll- the dress creased and head scrunched out of shape. My granddaughter was a week old, I could not give her a doll that looked like it had done five rounds with Mike Tyson. I contacted Customer Services (a contradiction in terms for a start) to complain and was advised it didn't do it any harm! I beg to differ. I asked for my complaint to be addressed properly and escalated to a manager. I have heard nothing since. A company can sell the most marvelous items but, when things go wrong, it is only as good as its staff and these are definitely not good enough. No quality control and no customer service. I have used Wicked Uncle in the past but thankfully not needed to contact customer service. I had to this time and realised there is no quality control and no customer service - the doll supplied has had to be recycled as I could not chance it for my newborn granddaughter, and I have bought another the same from a reputable company. I will not use Wicked Uncle again and will most definitely not recommend.
Thankyou for your response. Absolutely true I could have returned the doll however I declined for two reasons: 1. It was to be returned only at my expense - a further approx. £5+ spend. 2. I could not in all honesty have squashed it back into the very small envelope it arrived in. However, thankyou for your 'offer'.

Great website and super efficient despatch & delivery at what must be their busiest time. I ordered Tuesday night quite late & received the items, well packaged, on Thursday morning. Wicked Uncle and Royal Mail clearly coping well with Christmas demand from Cyber sales!

Brilliant range, ordered and delivered within a week. Good quality, superby packed. Not clear if batteries are included in small toys and don't want to open them before the great day. Generally really good service and excellent website - I'll use them again (with 10 grandchildren I'm gonna have to!)

Was told about this company by someone I know , wanted something different for my granddaughter for xmas & what I got her was amazing she's going to love the fashion stampers

Great for stocking filler gifts and something a bit different. Excellent customer support. I e mailed the company with a couple of issues with my order, novelty torches not working or not working properly. I had a response right away with instructions for one item to get it to work properly and apologies and arrangements to return the other item free of charge Royal Mail collection from home. Can’t ask for better service.

Bought my Grandson a Huffy Green Machine, arrived very well packed and promptly. Unfortunately it had a fault, contacted customer service who couldn’t have been more helpful. Full marks to Imogen. A new Huffy Green Machine was made available very quickly. This afternoon I gave it to my 3 year old grandson who mastered the control quickly and in fact took it to bed with him. Thank you Wicked Uncle you have been excellent.

I had a toy that I ordered in October gave to my 3 year old grandson on Christmas Day .he loved it ,the batteries ran out ,we put new ones in ,but it wouldn’t work .I emailed the company Saturday by Tuesday a replacement toy arrived !amazing service I would totally recommend this company and Wii definitely order again

Fantastic customer service.
Two weeks ago I bought a fiery dinosaur for a 5 yr old & gave it to him yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately the trigger action was faulty and it didn't work. He was very disappointed so I called Wicked Uncle, explained what was wrong and the customer service woman immediately offered to send a replacement.
It arrived at his home this afternoon, works perfectly and he absolutely loves it.
Really top class customer service. Thank you so much.
