I would like to put a shout out for Wicked Uncle Toys.
I purchased a Flying Bee toy for my grandson which unfortunately broke after s couple of uses.
I contacted the company and found that their customer service is first class. Not only did they respond within hours but quickly arranged a refund.
I recommend Wicked Uncle and will certainly use again. Thank you.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Purchased the Escape Room game for phones for my grandchildren. DIspatched via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked (which Royal Mail are prioritising through the strikes). Arrived 3 days after ordering, and i was able to keep an eye on where the parcel was. Was very well packaged so no damage in transit. Had a slight problem with the padlock, so emailed Wicked Uncle CS. Response received (on a Bank Holiday) and replacement padlock being sent to us. Cannot fault their customer service.

Bought a Dino roar playset from wickeduncle uk... No roar just a barely audible squeek . Total dissatisfaction with this toy that was definitely overpriced at £25.

First time ordering from this company. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, tracking of parcel was well documented by email and text, packaged well. Item exactly as described and pictured, excellent price as over double on Ebay! I bought the 'Tiny Baking' set and it's so cute. Wouldn't hesitate to use Wicked Uncle again. Highly recommended.

Not only do Wicked Uncle have a wonderful selection of toys, plus a brilliantly simple website, they managed ed to get my order to me the following day. Even with the current Royal Mail problems. I'm impressed !

I am an existing customer of Wicked Uncle and found the concept to work well. A week ago I emailed WU with a complaint about them stocking a Swiss Army Knife imitation for 5 year olds. Whilst I understand our society has always given children toy guns etc, I considered a carbon copy of an adult knife to be unacceptable(accepting that this particular adult version is used for practical reasons). Wicked Uncle hasnt bothered responding so clearly don't care about this item or their customers views

Wicked uncle state they are not selling such an item. I challenge everyone to view their website for an item described as "Swiss army knife". True I haven't bought it, but I can you review the appropriateness. Wicked Uncle haven't responded to direct email and haven't commented in the advert. I reiterate, there service has been good in past and good products. But this item in my view us inappropriate

Ordered a table top 'Table Tennis' set. Carefully opened it to see if it fit and my table was too thick. Sent it back to be told I couldn't return it because it had been opened. Dreadful service.

This is only your fault in that you choose to use the Royal Mail for your deliveries. It is my opinion that this company is totally useless, a card through the door "come and collect it"
Is no good to me. All the other parcel delivery services seem to get stuff to me. Why can't they?

Goods arrived in good time despite postal strike. Loved the items I purchased for my twp great nieces.

Excellent customer service purchased a smart ball for my granddaughters and after 30 mins it went flat and wouldn't inflate contacted wicked uncle and replacement has already been sent can't get better service than that

We order the Sealife- Slide Show Flashlight for our grandson's 5th birthday. We were very disappointed in this item. There is no way to adjust the clarity of the picture. The picture was very blurry. Disappointing

Bought a game for a present, it didn’t work properly.
Phoned and was given a full refund within days.

Fantastic customer service I had a faulty item and it was dealt with immediately and a new item sent out. I didn’t even have to return the faulty goods just send a pic. Brilliant

Amazing customer service following an Xmas gift which broke shortly after use. The customer services team responded immediately by helping identify the order after we couldn’t find the details and sending out a replacement right away. My daughter is chuffed to bits. Thanks Wickeduncle!

Very reasonably priced interesting toy selection with easy online ordering and prompt delivery. One of the items that we'd ordered for our granddaughter for Christmas was faulty. An email to customer service was answered the same day by Imogen with an immediate refund processed along with a note advising that we didn't need to return the faulty item.

Brilliant! Thought it wouldn’t be possible to get some extra Christmas goodies for my grandson at such a late date. They said they would arrive - and they did. Well done Wicked Uncle, will recommend you.
