This is my new favorite go-to site for finding great gifts for the grandchildren. The site is easy to navigate, shipping was fast with delivery updates and my grandson was delighted with his gift.
We roared when we read the pre-addressed thank you card for the recipient to send. You can't miss with this site!

We were a bit worried that this site was one of those scams, so we checked on here and we saw that although their score wasn’t that high, it was a legit website. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Ordered our items on Friday night, and they arrived on Sunday afternoon.

I can not express enough how delighted I am with the service and speedy delivery of Wicked Uncle. The gifts I have purchased are all of the highest quality. Thankyou and well done for such lovely and thoughtful touches.

Speedy Delivery and excellent customer service. I bought a magnetic dartboard but the two sets of magnetic darts were the same colour. I wrote to ask them to send a set of darts in a different colour and I would return one of the sets of darts I had. I wrote on Sunday and Monday morning I had a response saying they would send a set of magnetic darts in a different colour and there was no need to return one of the original, same colour set magnetic darts. Very pleased with their speedy response and excellent customer service.

Used this company for the first time and I’m so impressed. Really quick delivery, beautifully wrapped and card has been hand written. Great choice of gifts as well as wrapping paper designs and cards. Thank you!

Speedy delivery and nicely wrapped. Used them a few times and they always have nice present ideas. This time I paid for it to be wrapped and was very happy with that too.

Ordered 3 different items for little extras for my grandsons birthday. They arrived today so no problems with updates abd delivery.
Re chocolate PS handset quite disappointed as really really small.
Solar robot from recycled materials looks a good set up as my grandson has just started secondary school and I thought it would be interesting for him to get used to doing at school.
The noise machine is very small and if I had realised it’s size I wouldn’t have bought it as the 3 items did cost over £30 plus postage.

I have brought a few items from this company and they are brilliant, very different from the High Street, great ideas and fabulous, speedy service. With my last order they popped in a postcard for your birthday boy/girl to write back to you if you had to post direct to them. Fantastic idea. Will always think of this company first when buying gifts for my grandchildren

Do not buy magnetic paper dolls! They do not work. I have a very disappointed 4 year old granddaughter.

The reason for the 3 is because some of the other things I ordered were ok. Probably won’t be back.

Absolutely amazing customer service experience recently with Wicked Uncle. Problem with a gift my daughter had been sent. They quickly responded to the email, dealing with me to sort it out, and then when it was all sorted, cc'ed in the gift giver, to let them know it was all working. Definitely worth paying slightly more for the presents to have that peace of mind.

Fantastic customer service. I was so impressed I have decided to leave a review. I ordered a couple of gifts for a family member but had to cancel the order. These things can usually take a while to sort out but I rang the customer service line and to my amazement it was answered immediately and the order cancelled and refunded straight away - no fuss. Lovely customer service lady too. So even though I had to cancel I will certainly be ordering in the future. Thank you! Talk about a refreshing change!

Wicked Uncle prides itself on its customer service. This customer service seems only to extend to when you are making a purchase. I placed a large order before Christmas. Shortly after Christmas I came down with Covid. I am a single parent with three young children and struggling with work and homeschooling and recovering from a nasty illness. I wanted to return a few items for my order (games that my mother had inadvertently purchased for my children ironically enough from Wicked Uncle). Despite emails and calls to the company, the co-founder, Liam O’Shea, behaved in a very pompous way citing their 30 day returns policy with no flexibility at all or understanding of my situation. The attitude of the owners is not one that is conducive for excellent customer service.

I bought a toy from them and shipped it to my nephew in Taiwan. Unfortunately it was a building kit and missing a nut which made it impossible to use. My sister said the box looked like it had previously been opened. When I contacted the company about this, they sent me another nut but refused to send it to Taiwan, which cost me £4.70 ("we are unable to post to Taiwan"?? why, don't they have stamps or a letterbox? that's such a stupid answer).

My nephew was so disappointed on Christmas day to not be able to play with his toy. The company did not offer me any credit towards my next order for the value of the postage, despite me suggesting it, which would have cost them little and got a lot of goodwill. I used to like this company but have a pretty bad taste in my mouth because of this. I don't think they care that much about their customers.
